Hey Wood, great episodes! I just wanted to mention that I encountered the same issue for the PS5 with having a foreign account and wanting to use the DLC for Taiko no Tatsujin. You need to enable "Console Sharing and Offline Play" on the account that has the DLC. I thought that feature covered the entire console but apparently not lol hopefully that works for you.
