I think about how they need to fit in to this world and the biome they exist on, and create their anatomy based on that. I've got no other breeds planned other than the 2 I've shown so far.

Kique Nordin

If I don't go by dog years, Roamer/Felidae 25-ish, Rhov/Jahla/Keirr 29, Ronja/Ferah/Rogio/Ranach 30, Aira 40

Kique Nordin

I've always said I wanted to reach at least 1,000 pages, will have to wait and see if I reach that goal or go far beyond that. After Home I've got a few things planned, can't go into details, but I'll be making comics for a long long time.

Kique Nordin

My Kargo would probably be caretaker, he's afraid of a lot of new things and is far from a fighter. Roamer would maybe be a scout/herbalist, he loves to explore and see new things. They are total opposites mwaha

Kique Nordin

hard to say, the real life breeds I end up doing randomly X)

Kique Nordin

No, Rogio doesn't deserve that. What Kargo said was friendly banter but it would also be true that Kargo would hurt Rogio physically if he saw Roamer get hurt by him because that is how Kargo was, how far Kargo would go would depend, but that doesn't mean Rogio would deserve actual abuse.

LOON

What process do you usually go through to write new breeds into the story? Do you have any new breeds planned that we haven't seen leaks of yet? :0 (That webbed-paw water dog concept looked very cool. I want to see more of it. xD)

Do you think Rogio deserves to be hurt/killed for how he treated Roamer in the past couple pages? I know you said that Kargo's friendly banter with Rogio back in earlier pages was kind of true, but I guess it just bugs me. Would he really deserve it? Wouldn't Kargo be partially in the wrong?

VonTriggers

Will you eventually do mastiff base by chance? :)

Kique Nordin

you are Òó

Kique Nordin

We're doing good! Roamer is quite the challenge but I'm starting to see improvements in his training X) I post a bunch on my instagram alien_mammals (:

KFCemployee

How are you and the puppy doing? :) Can we see some more pictures of him?

Ovacalix (Sam)

Who is the better brother? (We know the answer is me but I need to see you say it)

Hope you and the new puppy are doing well! Just a fun little question: What tribes would you place your dogs in, and what ranks would they have?

Ruth vazquez

How long do see yourself continuing to make this comic or plan to make this comic?

Kique Nordin

Yes, there are more breeds that are yet to be revealed in the comic. I decided based on their genotypes. Sumersaga is red sable, she got the sable, rich red color and snow ticking from Ronja, and pseudo-irish from Ranach. Sable can have a ton of red shades, or mostly one shade of red. Her sister Elvind got Tan sable, the tan shade is from Ranach. Naeva is Agouti with cream tones, the cream and agouti is from Ranach. Ranach is dominant black, but if he wasn't, he would be Tan/Cream agouti.

Kique Nordin

No I rarely do X) If I ever end up doing some I'll show it

Kique Nordin

Yes they're there still

Agachi

Roughly, how old would be the main characters in human years?

Michelle Kelly

Are there other variants of breeds we haven't seen yet? Like the Steppe Gazal is similar to a Saluki but is there any version that'd look more like a Greyhound or a Borzoi? Also how did you decide on Ronja/Ranach's pups? I don't know much about types so I'm curious how Sumersaga turned out so reddish.

Ruth vazquez

Do you ever make crack babies from crack ships? If you had or plan on doing it, do you plan on sharing it with us or not?

Rnaribou

Will the previously cursed Avanti reappear someday? It would nice to see how she's doing after the whole Ranach fiasco.

Yami

Dumb question but are the remains of the reindeer from Asmundr territory still there? Like, I just imagine Fraujar losing it over new crowns if Keirr or Ronja would mention they kept real reindeer once xD
