Rogio is feeling confused... awww. I mean, I think its because very few dogs had shown Rogio kindness, not because he's starting to feel some romantic feelings towards him. Rhov is obviously still dedicated to Jahla.
He’s probably not use to the niceness and playfulness rhov gave him. Rhov never snarled or turned on him like ranach did....he’s just not use to that. That’s what I think
