Damon and Stefan both had Katherine’s blood in their system when they were shot so she turned both of them. Katherine’s sire was Rose. And I think Crazy Mary was Rose’s sire but Kol killed her when they were researching their sire-lines. But Klaus is pretty confident it’s his line. Marcel, Josh and Tyler are definitely Klaus’ downline
