How to make aniamtion?
In my otinion, animation is created by one's imagination. We have to think first how we can make what we want to express. In other words, there is no particular way.
It is okay to imitate animation which someone you like created before at the beginning. But it is just copy.
The most attractive thing in animation is to create or to discover your way to express what you exactly want to in your animation yourself.
Let see how I creat this propeller animation in the video.

Propeller is repear animation. Like this.
We can make it with only one sheet of genga.
This image is going to be Nakawari Douga in this case.
But also, we can use this way.
By using two sheets of Genga, it is easy or precisely to add more freams (Nakawari
Douga) between Genga. (A①, A②END)
Next, let's see timing and timesheets.
Note the relationship between timing and the number of frames.
By adjusting timming and adding more images/frames between two key frames, the
looking of speed will be chaged.
To express it looking more faster, I add Obake/smear.
And the most speediest propeller is used touch/line.
Pay attention to the inner and outer circles.
When a mechanical device is spinning vigorously, its vibration causes it to shake,
right? Therefore, I created an animation, as if they were shaking by using three
frames inside and outside.
O・L（Over Lap）F・I（Fade In）F・O（Fade Out）
When things get so fast in the middle of a rotation that the propeller blades look
like a single plate, we can use O・L (Over Lap) F・I (Fade In) F・O (Fade Out) to
represent the change in speed.

I added more effects and composited them in Blender to create an animation that rotates and generates energy.
