【Blender】 BG material of Adventure
🕑 Added 2021-12-03 05:34:18 +0000 UTCIn my previous original animation "Adventure", I used TVpaint for the 2D animation parts and BG textures, and blender for the main background.
【Econte】
In Japanese animation, the layout is drawn by the animator based on the 絵コンテ/Econte (storyboard). Here is the storyboard for this shot.
【Effects】
I'm learning Blender so that I can make animations by myself. This was an experiment. Based on the Econte, I used Blender to create the background.
I learned about the effects and shimmering of the ocean by referring to this page.
【BG materials】
The cloud material is just a GB that I drew by hand and pasted as a material on Blender's Mesh -> Plane.
GB material made with TVpaint. Of course, these are flat.
【Camera works】
The camera work can also be done in Blender, and since it is in a 3D space, it is quite similar to actual shooting.
【2D animation material & Composite】
Once the camera work is set up, the animation is rendered, and the 2D animation is created and composited in TVpaint.
I will continue to use Blender and TVpaint or CPS to create animations and report on them. By MÖCHOKO
