This is his feedback (修正/shousei) on layout in the episode as drawing director. The content that he wanted was very high level. He wrote that "This shot is used 望遠レンズ/telescope lens further than usual " under the shot number C-272.

I think this kind of screen is very Japanese.

Thank you! In Japan, the animator becomes the cameraman, the director, and fixes the layout. The art artist basically uses this as a basis for drawing the background. But between you and me, there are very few animators who can draw a really great layout.
Looks amazing as always and quite informative, thanks. Does the Layout, that is made by animator, usually so well drawn like that? Its like animator doing the background work too.
