Hello friends, on this occasion I share my experience in a naturist Paqarina. The Paqarina (ancient Andean sauna) is a ceremony where we integrate three traditions that share the same medicine. For the ancient inhabitants of Peru, pacarinas were centers of creation of sacred beings and had an important role in the pre-Hispanic world, especially in times of ecological crisis. It is a custom that has a strong connection with traditional indigenous medicine, serving both physical and spiritual well-being. It consists of entering a sauna made of stones or fabrics to sweat and eliminate all the toxins that harm our body. It is a form of both mental and physical cleansing. For me it was a great healing experience and all the people who participated were very happy sharing their ideas and we were also able to do yoga stretches and chants.
