Here I share a link of the reasons why to practice it and how it benefits us to carry out photosynthesis. Sungazing or solar yoga is a technique that consists of looking at the sun during sunrise or sunset, that is, when it does not damage our eyes. This practice is said to have benefits for the body and mind, such as relieving tension, recharging energy, and improving mental clarity to activate our mental powers.
