Kobold Garden Update 11: Food n' Stats
🕑 Added 2018-06-14 19:01:44 +0000 UTC Kobolds can now eat! When they eat certain foods, their stats will raise. These stats help them traverse and fight in the world around them and in the eventual racing and karate minigames like the ones in chao garden.

All stats are permanent but they can eat things that also lower stats.
Does eating fruit raise kobold stats permanently, or is it more of a temporary boost?

yeah! all objects are pooled and if they go over the limit oldest get deleted. they do have a decay rate so they go bad and delete themselves after awhile too. the spawn rate will also be way lower in the build so shouldn't be an issue.

Loving the progress~ On an unrelated note, is there a limit to the number of objects in the world or will the fruits keep falling until the game crashes? :P

Sounds pretty awesome! I'm excited to see more as a huge fan of both kobolds and the chao garden. This is shaping up to be one of my favorite things ever!

You can but they won't react to it yet. Will have a reaction system where the more nice you are the more generally happy they are and the more mean like throwing and punching them, the more sad they get.
