Hope you're doing well on this fine Saturday!
Time for a brand new progress report on all ongoing missions.
Between a few personal setbacks, the Patreon rework, the Discord server upgrade, and the final rush to complete Lucy’s one-shot video, these past few weeks have been a whirlwind on my side.
That did cause a slight slowdown on the Dandadan - Part 2 production.
But fear not, spicy army! My personal matters are now under control, and with both the Discord and Patreon upgrades behind us, we’re back at full speed ahead! 🫡
Here’s a look at the progress made on all fronts!
Quick apology for the lack of fully finished shots in this post — I’ll make sure that upcoming progress posts include at least 2 completed ones as usual 💪

🔺Multipose shot #4 – ... This is as hot as concerningYou folks clearly loved the multi-pose shot I shared last time — so here’s more where that came from! There are 4 in total, each separated by a time skip, shown through the sun's movement and ambient color changes 🌇.
Unfortunately, the backgrounds aren’t in yet, as our background artist had some delays — but once they’re done, I’ll show you the completed versions so you can see just how spicy this sequence really is! 💥
I usually don’t show rough drafts, since I prefer keeping things clean and polished for you.
But in this case... hiding the rough would be criminal. So here it is!
And now, onto the first sketches for the upcoming one-shot video featuring the winner of the last poll… none other than Faye Valentine herself! ✨
🔺A fresh tiedown WIPI spent a long time figuring out which scene to go for. There are just so many great moments to pick from.
In the end, I chose something a bit more… intimate 😏 — a moment shared between Faye and her two crew mates.
Come on now… you just know it happened at least once!!!
That wraps up the current progress across all missions.

The changes made to the Discord server are already starting to pay off, and little by little we’re seeing more interaction — exactly what I’d hoped for!

The new one-shot animation will be dropping. Still a bit of time left, but I’ll do my best to have everything ready by launch day!
