I'm with Sam above me on the themes ^! Some WG, Slob, Nerdification of a character, possibly like a nerdy girl getting slowly transformed into a Hairy (armpit and bush)/Slobby Orc woman or related by an MMO Game due to levelling up or such.
I would love a sequence with a weight gain, slob and nerdification transformation happening to video game heroine. I also have always loved your work.

On a more Nintendo side of things, it could be fun seeing Wario turn the princesses into fat short slobs. Heck it could even be a continuation of your last drawing!

I wouldn't mind more Smash girls getting twisted. Maybe Master Hand morphing the girls, or some new item altering their past as a transformation... Or perhaps just one girl sabotaging the others for popularity, I'd love to see Lucina get made into a weak slob.

Off the top of my head. Nami (One Piece) eats either the slob/slob fruit or maybe a failed SMILE gas/gas fruit.
