"Almost done, kiddo?" Daddy asked with a slight chuckle as he swung open the gate of Mav's crib.
The boy was squatting and grunting quietly, his diaper already stained and drooping from the load he was depositing into it.
"Full that diaper buddy, push it out!"
Daddy gave the seat of Mav's padding a pat and a gentle squeeze as he encouraged the boy to wrap up his business. The move never failed to make Mav blush.
The boy finished after a few seconds and promptly sank to his knees in relief.
"Phoophy, addy," he babbled, smiling contently, almost mockingly, beneath his pacifier. The boy clearly thought the incoming diaper change would be his revenge against Daddy for teasing him. He thought wrong.
"Yes, poopy, I can see that buddy," Daddy replied, a a mischievous smile spreading across his face. "But Daddy has some work he's gotta take care of , so how about we change you after nap time."
Mav's eyes widened with alarm as Daddy shut the crib gate and strolled over toward the doorway. How could he sleep with his diaper so full? What if he had to go again?
"Addy no! I eed iapee change!" The boy whined.
Daddy stopped in the doorway, turned around, and flipped the light switch, blanketing the nursery in darkness.
"Sorry kiddo, stinky babies don't get to decide when they get their diapers changed."
