Un-Pottytraining: Chapter 2 (sample story)
🕑 Added 2022-07-19 06:25:44 +0000 UTCTheo awoke the next morning in a haze. He'd slept for 9 hours, but it had felt like 9 years. His eyelids remained heavy with drowsiness as he stared up at the stars that dotted the ceiling above him, which still retained some of their glow in the faint morning light--awake but far from energized. That was precisely how Theo felt at that moment. He knew he should get up soon, but he could scarcely fathom the idea. He was glued to his mattress, warm and comfortable beneath his blankets, his stuffed tiger tucked in by his side. Adult Theo had been a morning person--early to rise and often buzzing from the moment he got out of bed. Little Theo slept much more deeply and woke much more slowly, another effect of the hypnosis. Mommy had designed it that way. She knew Theo could benefit from fuller, more restful sleep, and she also knew that the more soundly Theo slept the more likely he was to wet his pull-ups at night, thereby reinforcing his regression. The tactic appeared to be working so far; as Theo wriggled to bury himself deeper in his blankets, he realized his crotch felt a bit swampy. He lazily slid a hand down beneath the waistband of his pajama pants and gave the front of his pull-up a quick feel. Not soaked, but certainly damp, heavy, and clumpy--all the telltale signs that he had peed at some point the previous night. Theo was not distressed by this. He knew Mommy didn't expect him to control nighttime accidents yet. He was still too Little for that. Besides, now that Mommy was making him wear pull-ups day and night, he had bigger issues than wetting the bed to think about.
Would Mommy really make me wear diapers again? Theo's thoughts churned as he continued to lay in bed, drifting in and out of a light sleep. How many more accidents am I allowed to have? Would she make me stay in diapers forever? Maybe if I keep my pull-ups dry for a whole day Mommy will let me wear my underwear again. The final thought initially stirred some hope in Theo, but it quickly faded as he remembered how much difficulty he'd had the day before. Two accidents in the span of just a few hours. How on earth would he be able to go an entire day without one? Maybe I'm not a big boy after all. Maybe I'm still just a baby who needs to be in diapers. Maybe being in diapers would just be easier. Maybe--
Theo's thoughts were interrupted by a sudden feeling of pressure building in his lower belly. He knew what that meant. No choice but to get up now. Annoyed at having to leave the cozy hearth beneath his blankets, he begrudgingly sat up and rubbed his eyes. He paused for a moment as he willed himself to keep going, then turned to put his feet on the floor and stood up. Still holding on to his stuffed tiger by the tail, he plodded lackadaisically out the door of his bedroom and headed down the hall toward the bathroom. As he passed by the open door of the study, he saw Mommy sitting at her desk working on her computer.
"Good morning, Theo!" Mommy greeted cheerfully when she saw him.
Theo paused in the doorway. "Hi Mommy," he replied, his voice soft and groggy.
"Hi honey." Mommy smiled affectionately as she peered at Theo over her computer screen. He looked as cute as ever this morning, dressed in his sky-blue two-piece pajama set with airplanes, his stuffed tiger dangling clumsily at his side, his eyes still half closed.
"Sounds like someone's a little sleepy," Mommy said with a sympathetic look, leaning forward onto her desk and resting her chin in her right hand. "Did you sleep okay last night?"
"Yeah," Theo replied vacantly.
"Okay, good." Mommy smiled again. "Just taking a while to wake up then?"
Theo nodded drowsily.
"Okey-dokey. Mommy will take a break from work in a second and get some breakfast ready. You gonna go watch some cartoons or something?"
"Yeah, in a little bit. But I gotta go potty first though," Theo said, placing both hands over his lower belly to indicate his need to poop.
"Oh, yes. Good boy, listening to your body like a big kid!" Mommy waved her hand in a sweeping motion to usher him away. "Go get to the potty. Didn't mean to keep you waiting!"
Mommy's praise caused a humble smile to spread across Theo's face. "Yes Mommy!" he responded as he turned and continued his journey to the bathroom, now a little more chipper than he'd been before.
"Oh, and there is a case of pull-ups in the cabinet. Make sure you get a new one if you're wet from last night honey!" Mommy shouted after Theo as he left.
"Okay!" Theo shouted back.
Moments later, Theo was sitting on the toilet seat, pants and pull-up down around his ankles, patiently waiting for his body to conclude its business. See Theo, you're not a baby. He thought to himself proudly. Babies poop in their pants. You poop in the potty. For as much difficulty as he had controlling his bladder, Theo could still cling to the fact that he had control over his bowels. As long as he retained that control, he knew he could be a big boy. If he were to lose it... well, no need to think about that now. He only needed to think about two things: continuing to poop in the potty and remembering to pee in the potty instead of his pull-up. If he could do that, he would be back in underwear in no time.
The thought filled Theo with a new vigor. His apprehensions about going back to pull-ups full time started to dissipate as he resolved to master his faculties and prove to Mommy that he was ready to leave diapers behind for good. He finished going potty, wiped, flushed, tossed his old pull-up in the trash bin, put on a new one, and then strode out of the bathroom and into the living room with an air of confidence to rival that of an actor accepting an Oscar award. There he found Mommy, who was on her way to the kitchen to prepare breakfast.
"Well, looks like someone's looking a little more perky now that he's had his morning poopy!" Mommy teased good-naturedly when she saw the self-satisfied grin Theo was wearing.
"Guess what Mommy," Theo said, stomping his right foot on the floor dramatically and putting his hands on his hips.
Mommy fought the urge to giggle. "What is it kiddo?"
"I'm making a New Year revolution! From now on, I'm only gonna go peepee and poopy in the potty. No more accidents. I'm a big boy from now on!"
This time Mommy had to chuckle. "Well, April is a kind of a strange time to make a New Year's resolution, but I'm glad to hear it, love." She said with a saccharine smile. "How about you go put your pants back on first though. Then you can start being a big boy."
Theo's self-assurance quickly turned to surprise as he looked down at his lower half, which was completely bare except for the superhero-themed pull-up he had on. In all his excitement, he had forgotten to put his pajama pants back on over it. He looked back up at Mommy with an abashed half-smile.
"Uh... oops, hehe," He stammered.
Mommy cut in again. "And did you remember to wash your hands? All big boys wash their hands after they go potty."
"Um... yes Mommy, I'll do that too," Theo responded obediently. He then turned and headed back toward the bathroom.
"30 seconds, warm water and soap!" Mommy called after him.
"Yes Mommy," Theo's reply echoed down the hallway.
With that, Mommy made her way to the kitchen to and placed a pan on the stove to warm. Though she hadn't expected Theo to be this resistant to his loss of potty control, she found it undeniably endearing. Theo had always been one of her favorite subjects to regress. He possessed a natural childlike spirit that he had the ability to tap into even without hypnosis. She thought back her earliest sessions with Theo, remembering how excited she'd been the first time she'd seen his little side. It had taken some coaxing, more than it had for many of her other subjects. Theo had been incredibly shy at first, and he'd pressed her for hypnosis on multiple occasions, convinced he'd be unable to summon the courage to be Little in front of someone else without it. But Mommy had held strong, insisting that hypnosis wouldn't be effective until Theo could learn to regress without it. It had taken several lengthy heart-to-hearts before Theo finally relented and ventured into Littlespace in front of Mommy, but when it finally happened, she had been astonished by how deeply authentic it had . Theo's ability to emulate a toddler was downright Shakespearean, so much so that it was as if he had hypnotized himself into believing he was truly a little kid. He had been an absolute joy to care for that session, and it had only got better in the sessions since as they added hypnosis to the equation.
Still, Mommy had been unsure how this current session would turn out. This was by far the most intense and immersive hypnosis regimen Theo had undergone. In addition to encompassing all the standard elements of ageplay Theo usually enjoyed--submission to authority, forced incontinence, and, of course, diapers--it had also been designed to alter Theo's behavior by changing the way he perceived himself. In previous sessions, Theo had always remained Theo, just a little more open to submission and with less control over his bladder and bowels. This time, however, Mommy had essentially replaced Theo's grown-up identity with a new one. She had forced Theo's adult reality aside and instilled in his mind a different sense of self--a new personal narrative. Though she had created the narrative, given it a beginning, middle, and end, she knew that this new Little version of Theo ultimately had control over it. Perhaps Little Theo would grow so determined to master the potty that it would override his underlying desire to return to diapers. Perhaps Little Theo would be so ashamed of losing potty control that it would prevent him from enjoying his regression. Or perhaps it would all be so overwhelming that Theo would simply snap out of the hypnosis altogether. Mommy had carefully considered many possibilities and done her best to plan for them, but she recognized that there was no certainty everything would work out as she and Theo had wanted it to. Luckily, however, Theo seemed to be staying the course thus far, and though it was still early in the process, Mommy was growing more optimistic with each passing minute that Theo would soon be about as close to true toddlerhood as any adult could get.
---
The next two days gave Mommy's further cause to believe the hypnosis was proceeding as planned. By afternoon of the day Theo had so confidently declared that he was done having accidents, he'd already wet his pull-ups twice. By bedtime, two more times. The following day, he only successfully made it to the potty once, and that was only because he was already in the bathroom undressing for his bath when he realized he had to pee.
Theo was beginning to lose hope that he would ever be fully pottytrained. He knew he was likely just a few accidents away from being put back into diapers, and he was struggling to summon the willpower to keep fighting it. Maybe I belong in diapers, he thought as he sat on the couch watching his cartoons while Mommy prepared lunch in the kitchen. He looked down at his crotch, where he could just make out the subtle bulge the pull-up made underneath his pants. A diaper wouldn't even be that different, maybe just a little thicker. Hmm... that actually sounds kinda comfy. And I do miss my onesies and footie PJs sometimes. And pacifiers.... No, Theo! You're not a baby. Babies are dumb and drooly. And stinky because they poop their pants. You don't do that. For all the difficulty Theo had making it to the potty for #1, he'd had success with his #2s, though even that had started to become more difficult. Twice in the last 24 hours he had come very close to soiling his pull-up, once the previous night before bed and once that morning after breakfast. Both times, Theo felt as if his brain was working in slow motion. He could still recognize the urge to poop. That part of his brain was still working. What didn't seem to be working was that part of his brain that was supposed to tell him to do something about it. The same as it had been when the wetting accidents started, it only seemed to dawn on Theo that he should head toward the potty when the need to go was at its most urgent stage. Theo had tried to hide this new development from Mommy, but he knew she had seen him duck-walking toward the bathroom, his buttocks clenched tight, knowing that any sudden or strenuous movements might spell disaster.
"Theo!" Mommy's call from the kitchen interrupted Theo's thoughts. "Come get your lunch, buddy!"
"Coming Mommy!" Theo replied, shutting off the TV and making for the kitchen.
Theo's grilled cheese, chips, and carrot sticks were already awaiting him at the table when he came through the doorway.
"Eat up while it's still warm!" Mommy encouraged warmly. "After you're done you can go play out in the yard."
Theo quickly gobbled up his lunch, excited to get outside. It had been a long winter, or at least it had felt that way, and the spring weather was just beginning get warm enough to allow for comfortable outdoor playtime. Theo had sorely missed the play set and sandbox Mommy had installed in her private and secluded backyard for her Little hypnosis subjects to play with, and he was eager to be reunited with them after they had been covered in snow for so many months.
"Okay Mommy, done now!" Theo announced as he finished off the last of his carrot sticks and began to head for door leading to the backyard.
"Whoa whoa, not so fast buddy!" Mommy called after Theo, making him stop. "It's still chilly out. Let Mommy get your jacket."
Mommy quickly strode over to the entry way and grabbed a light red fleece with fire trucks on it. She brought it over to Theo and slipped it over his arms and shoulders before zipping it up nice and snug.
"Now you can go," Mommy said with a warm smile.
Theo grinned back, wheeled around, and dashed out the door. He sprinted to the the play set and enthusiastically climbed the step ladder leading to the small "treehouse" from which a short curved slide descended.
"WOOOO!" Theo yelled as he whizzed down the slide, coming to a landing on the bare patch of dirt that he and Mommy's other Littles had worn at the slide's base. He immediately made his way back to the step ladder for another go, giggling as he went.
For the next 15 or so minutes, Theo played with the vigor of a real four-year-old, moving from the slide to the swings to the see-saw and back to the slide again. Once he began to tire out, he headed over to the sand box to mellow out a bit. Mommy, who had been watching amused from the porch, saw this and went to the shed to grab Theo's toys.
"Tanks Mommy!" Theo said happily as she deposited the toys in the sandbox.
"You're welcome, hon," Mommy replied with a slight laugh at Theo's mispronunciation. The excitement of playtime seemed to be pushing Theo's regression along further.
"Mommy needs to go get some work done. Can you play behave like a big boy out here by yourself for a little while Theo?" Mommy raised an eyebrow as she asked the question, knowing Theo would never say no.
"Yes Mommy, I big boy!" Theo responded with a toothy grin.
"Okay bud, I'll come back to make sure in a half hour. Have fun!"
With that, Mommy made her way back inside, leaving Theo in the little world he had started creating in the sandbox, which already consisted of a small pit surrounded by trucks and a few mounds shaped vaguely like buildings.
Theo carried on playing as the minutes ticked by, so entranced by his toys and mini construction projects that he barely noticed the pressure building in his bowels. The hearty lunch he'd eaten followed by the energy and exercise of playtime had set his digestive system in motion, something that would have caught the attention of someone with more control over their faculties. Theo, however, fully immersed in the most recent wave of regression elicited by his playtime, remained unaware of his growing urge to poop. Or if he was aware, he subconsciously ignored it. It was not until the urge neared the point of no return that Theo finally realized what was happening. Sitting on his bottom, half cross-legged, he leaned forward to grab a truck that lied just beyond his reach. As he extended his arm and lifted his bottom off the ground, he froze. The bloated feeling in his lower abdomen suddenly came into focus as he sat paralyzed, half kneeling and half in a crawling position, his arm still reaching for the truck. He had felt perfectly fine a second ago, but now he felt as though his bowels had never been more full. This can't be happening! Theo thought to himself, knowing he needed to find a way to get to the potty but afraid that the slightest movement might spell disaster for his pull-up and his "big boy" status. The pressure grew with each passing second as Theo desperately tried to find a way out of his predicament. When he felt the pressure begin to move from his abdomen toward his rectum, he knew he only had 30 seconds at most. He stood up gingerly, fighting his own body as it naturally tried to push out the load. It was at this point when Theo realized he also needed to pee, which made it all that much harder to hold back his poop. He felt a small amount of pee trickle into his pull-up as he devoted most of his strength to preventing the accident that would surely land him back in diapers full time. Slowly, cautiously, Theo lifted his foot over the edge of the sandbox, hoping that if he was careful enough he could delay the inevitable until he was safely on the potty. Unfortunately, this hope did not last long. The step over the edge of the sandbox was too wide for Theo to make while also keeping his bottom and bowels clenched. As his foot hit the grass beyond the edge of the sandbox, he felt his last bit of strength leave him, allowing the natural rhythms of his body to win out and begin pushing the poop out of him. There he stood, straddling the edge of the sandbox in a half squat, staring straight ahead like a deer in the headlights as he felt the back of his pull-up fill, expand, and begin to sag under the weight of the seemingly endless load Theo was depositing into it.
The first thing Theo felt as he finished filling his pants was relief. He sighed almost contentedly as the uncomfortable pressure that had racked his abdomen slowly escaped into the seat of his pull-up. A similar wave of satisfaction washed over him as his bladder released shortly after. Though Theo had lost, he was glad the physical struggle was over. He was so glad, in fact, that for a moment his relief turned into a strange euphoria. His bowels were clear, his muscles were completely relaxed, and his pull-up was warm, squishy, and full to the brim. So this is what it feels like to be a baby... Theo thought to himself, surprised to find it not all that unpleasant.
But as quickly as the the good feelings came, they disappeared, replaced mostly by shame. Shame at his failure to conquer pottytraining, his now inescapable return to diapers, and also his brief enjoyment of the feeling of being a baby. He had a fleeting urge to find a way to hide what he'd done from Mommy. Perhaps then he would still have hope of avoiding diapers. But the events of the past couple minutes had completely drained Theo of his optimism and motivation. If I still poop my pants, he thought sullenly, maybe I am a baby. Maybe I do need diapers. Theo was done with pottytraining. It was time to face the music. He would do as a good baby should and go ask Mommy for a change, accepting whatever may happen next.
Slow and somber, he lifted his other leg out of the sandbox and began waddling toward the door, each squish of his soiled pull-up against his behind further reminding him of what he had done and what he now was--a little baby who still went poopy and peepee in his pants.
