Small bug fix for 0.2.2

Removed the colony build options since they are still WIP and should not be on this version (they are not functional yet)

You got RIGHT ON THAT! In your defense: the relationship trees weren't unusable, the player just had to earn 2 tokens after each scene (one to set the counter back to 0, one to set it to +1). And I gotta tell ya, Rachel was TOTALLY WORTH IT.
