Fixed an error when doing mission 3 where an exception woul pop up when trying to start a mission
Fixed one of Karla's dialogue that would generate an exception
Fixed Pamela's sprite for pregnancy where the belly wasn't looking good, also fixed her hand

Ongoing fixes (will roll out next release):
Pamela's pregnant variation for the Lust scene. I'm currently redesigning it but I'm still not happy with the end result. Will lose some time to make it good
There is a Sierra lust variation also missing, will also fix it on the next release
