Opening Charge Port - Option for new builds.

OK, I've fixed the main model, the Archive contains the In the "Modification" folder I've added two options. 1) A standalone Magnet Holder, where if you've printed and fitted the main body parts, you can dremel or cut the magnet holder out to allow the door to close, tidy up and glue in the standalone Magnet Holder. 2) A door with a recess, this allows the model to stay "as is" and has a recess in the door for the magnet holder. The challenge is finding a thin piece of steel (1mm x 6mm or thinner) to fit in the door, but it would work I think. Sorry.

I can recess the door, challenge is going to be getting a magnet or plate in the door as it’ll be thin. the frame needs recessing really. I’ll do both.

no problem. re-printing the door will be a lot quicker than redoing the whole thing.

Arghh! Sorry you’re right! You’re quicker than me as I’ve not printed the door. It needs a recess for the magnet. Will modify today sorry.

I printed out the parts but the door doesn't close because of the bit in the lower right corner of the opening which, I assume, is to hold a magnet to help keep the door closed. Am I doing something wrong here?
