However, there was a lot of bugginess happening on patreon yesterday (I don’t know if this is related to what’s happening to me or not.) But usually once the special offer ends I get a list of everyone’s mailing information. This time it just gave me a blank list. I even tried it again twice (running the offer for just an hour and seeing if it would update after that.)
I contacted Patreon Support about this and hopefully they’ll get back to me soon. I just wanted to let everyone know what’s happening and if there is a bit of a delay. I’m very sorry about this it’s been frustrating. I have all the envelopes ready to go too and that was just the last thing I needed. I’ll message everyone individually on that tier if I have to, but hopefully it’ll get fixed. 😭
EDIT: Okay good news!! I figured out if I go through individually to each patron’s profile I can see their mailing/contact info. That is gonna take some time doing it that way, but I am just relieved I still have access to that info. I can get started on putting the envelopes together while still waiting for Patreon’s response.

Do you think I could still be able to have a sticker from subscribing to fire? I have to cancel it before the next payment cause I don't have any money and my card is already overdrafted. I just really wanted a sticker so I could show everyone my favorite artist 🥺

Yeah yesterday, all creators said they had “0” patrons and I couldn’t see any patrons even listed on my end. And oh wow that’s something I’ve noticed too! I wasn’t getting notified by any new posts either. From people I subscribe too or even myself cause I have it set up to get an email when I do. Just been getting 0 notifications whatsoever including new patrons or messages on here. 😵💫 The app has always had its bugs but this might be the worst I’ve seen it.

I just finished doing some double checking and I didn’t even know about this until just a bit ago. I generally use the mobile app but the yesterday night, I had to uninstall and reinstall the app because I wasn’t getting any notifications despite having them set to show me and going into settings to double check it didn’t just stop for some reason. Not only was I not getting notifications, none of the folks I support were posting anything - which was a lie and I’m still finding posts that hadn’t immediately showed up when I reinstalled from my creators. I am fire tier and I’ve had my address saved for a long time now, so I hope that has stayed that way. Sometimes the app is just… blegh.

All good! Hopefully they'll get in touch with you ASAP and sort it out. I've only had to contact them once, but they responded quickly and were surprisingly nice. 😌
