Well those are either two small dermal anchors (‘cause i can’t imagine a regular sized one with two ends in a place like that)...which are implants and probably hurt like bitch on something as bony and thin as the back of ones hand ...or it’s a normal surface piercing made with a regular barbell which isn’t as expensive but tends to grow back out of your skin if the skin tissue is too thin. Also “repiercing” a piercing in the same place where the skin had healed from a former one hurts even more than the original procedure (In my experience)...so got a real masochistic move here...
