Hamburger tier is suitable to the patrons who had accidently missed the recent reward. For example, if you are the membership in Hamburger tier at September, you can access both August and September's Roast reward at the same time.
Hamburger汉堡包订阅条目更适合那些不小心错过了上个月奖励的订阅者们。举例，如果你成为了九月份的Hamburger汉堡包订阅条目的会员的话，你可以同时获得八月份和九月份的Roast烤肉的所有奖励。

Yes the reward in my Patreon page is sending as your monthly membership and also depends on the membership you are joining in. If you are in Hamburger membership, like my description, you can sure have both reward of the month you join in and the month you join in before (last month).

Well if you are interested in the reward of August you might need to update your tier to Hamburger then. Because currently you are in the September billing cycle, and you only can get the September's Salad reward in your tier.
