Fair enough. It would look rather silly. Or maybe, I'm not sure if you would like this idea but what about a scenario where Remi gets a big penis. After a certain size, the penis shrinks, but as a result, her whole body grows. I'm not sure if you are on board with penis shrinking though. Haha.
