The Messenger - A CR 3 ‘True Angel’ Celestial sent by divinity to deliver the the living and piercing word of God to mortals

This week I have a simple little celestial for you, the Messenger! As opposed to the Voz, this ‘true angel’ does not emulate the true words and utterings of divinity, but instead only delivers the message and general intent of the divine! Of course, since I’m pulling on religious eldritch imagery, just speaking in this way is deafening and causes most mortals to simply fall dead! This was inspired by bible stories that I have heard and read of terrifying angels that appear, that speak in a loud and scary manner, regardless of what their intention was! I just put an extra eldritch twist onto it, really leaning into impersonality of divinity in the little narrative blurb about the messenger!
