Gib! Very often of the time, infertility is permanent and generally hard to recover. I would bank earlier rather than later. (as a normie trans girl who didn't bank and became infertile) Also, please go to a specialist as soon as you can. Transition doesn't outright fix depression (it treats gender dysphoria) and I'm worried that it may come to a head if you find that hormones don't help or make your problems worse. Getting professional help with dysphoria will make the longterm transition process easier.
Ugh, yeh, its pain when they validate you only because of your work, but I mean, that's the only connection people on social media have with us. What I learned is, the only people who are capable of validate you as a person are the people you care about, and the only one who validates your own existence is yourself. It's pretty obvious, but we usually forget. You're cool Gib! I'm glad you exist :D
