QUICK QUESTION about UI MOD
🕑 Added 2024-06-18 17:15:47 +0000 UTCI got a suggestion on tumblr that got me thinking! Ausimlbr commented that he was excited about my new UI mod and that it would work while a Sims 2 UI mod wasn't made for TS3. Which got me thinking about the layout and the way I've been implementing this new interface. I realized that it has more in common with the TS2 UI than the other way around.
We adopted flatter and straighter sides, with small curves in the corners, making better use of the layout and space. I tested something and would like to know what you think of it. Do you prefer the sliders to be the traditional plumbobs from the TS3 beta, or something along those lines but with sliders that resemble the TS2 controls?
Keep in mind that this is a work in progress, so I still need to align the entire interface to have the same art language, so that the elements harmonize, so if it looks strange because of the colors or textures, that's still adjustable. Thank you for your feedback!! <3
Considering this, I thought about some changes, I made this sketch in photoshop to show what I imagine (especially with the feedback on how important minimalism is to all of you)
