Update Notes:
- The world is receiving 4 new complete Lots. 3 in the region near the city hall and a cabin at the foot of the mountain with a forest trail.
- A new lot type has been created: "On sale". It is a fenced and outdoor lot to represent that that portion of land is available for purchase.
- The Main District near City Hall received minor adjustments to fit the lots and provide a sense of completeness.
- There is a new plot underway in the neighborhood. This batch is incomplete and should be completed by next month's update.
- The waterfall has been improved: Rocks and earth texture in the background to make it more realistic and interesting.
- The routing of the waterfall was adjusted close to the rocks to avoid problems.
- New artwork has been added to mods folder. There are 3 new custom frames, created exclusively for OldSunset, with a total of 9 variations.
- The artworks were inspired by the beauty of The Sims 4 with The Sims 2's vibrant Sims. Plus it features photos of the world itself!
- The lighting mod has been perfected to allow for even more enchanting sunrises and sunsets, with a really vibrant sun. (The size of the sun has been increased)
There's a lot more on the way to OldSunset but those are the main changes in this month's update. A particular advantage is that several buildings have had their Speedbuilds shared on our Youtube channel: HERE. So you can check everything that happens before the update reaches its final version.
As always, the tip I leave here is: The first time you enter this world after installation, I recommend you visit lot by lot, to let the game generate caches, loading all objects and textures. That way, the gameplay around the neighborhood will be much more fluid.
Thank you for being part of the group of supporters and helping me to earn more time to dedicate to this project the passion and love it deserves. You are the pillars that have made it possible to build one of the best worlds ever made for The Sims 3, where absolutely no detail is left behind. Thanks!!
Any possible problems that I can fix, let me know so I can make all the necessary adjustments to ensure the best experience in OldSunset.
