ENGLISH
This month has yielded several improvements to the OldSunset map and I'm excited to share each one with you! Again, thank you very much for the support of each one, without you this would not be possible!
Update Notes:
- The world is getting 4 new builds. Being two suburban houses and two super nice cabins for Sims who love to be in touch with nature!
- A district was completely remodeled to house these houses.
- We've continued to tweak the route to prevent Sims from walking through strange places they wouldn't normally do if they were in the real world.
- Two regions near the summit of the mountain have had their flora redesigned. They had several trees that are unique to other regions further away from the center. To further characterize them and give exclusivity to these regions, I chose to remove the samples available within those quadrants. This means: Fewer red and orange trees on the left of the map.
- Another important point that was relevant to this decision is to continue optimizing the map to decrease the loading time of lots and parts of the world.
- By the way, the main city center lots have had some ornaments removed (nothing you'll notice right away) to lower the object count and make the city center more stable and faster in loading.
- Exploring a little more of what we can do with the tool, I managed to develop a lake for the waterfall directly from Create a World. We got an amazing and natural look, it made me extremely excited!
Note: Unfortunately this lake is not usable if your Sim wants to swim. He can fish, go in, play and enjoy the lake, but he cannot swim. Alright... at Lago dos Lots that wasn't possible either so it's not such a big problem xD
These are the main features of the latest update in the world. I will continue to work to make each of the lots unique and special as much as possible, because I want to encourage players to come out of their homes to have a barbecue next door, or use his telescope for some stellar experience. Hope you like and enjoy the new batches and all the changes. Initially some changes may seem strange, but go for me, you'll love it!
Prepare your game to download tomorrow, because the world will be available here for you to check all these changes up close! See you tomorrow and again, thanks for the support!
