But also, I want to take a second to write about what the plan is going forward.
As some of you know, I'm working on an Angelarium tabletop RPG with a major publisher. It should be done sometime next year. While it's in development, I want to keep making stuff that goes along with it, like these minis!
After 30 days of promoting this Patreon in order to pay for the production of the minis, we only reached about 25% of the funding needed to continue production on a month-to-month basis. That's pretty good considering that I'm releasing a single model to an audience that has never asked for models. After spending some time thinking about it, I've decided to keep investing in this line and see where it goes. One of the product advisors at My Mini Factory said that most brands don't really get established until they have about 20 pieces. I'm hoping this could be self-sustaining sooner than that, but we'll see.
The next steps are:
1. Pin down the best option for print-on-demand models for those of you (like me) that don't own a 3D printer. I've already got one set up but I want to test it before I start making them for sale.
2. Do a talent search to find an ideal artist to contract for the minis on an ongoing basis.
If you are a 3D modeler with experience in producing work for minis, please contact me at creator@angelarium.net with a portfolio and a brief summary of your professional experience. If you know someone with experience modeling minis, please feel free to send me a link to them.
Thank you to everyone who signed up! If you stick around, I'll have more bonus content to share with you.
Much love,
-Pete

I'll keep that in mind! There was an Israfel mini made for someone else's Kickstarter ages ago. I need to look to see if I can reclaim those files. I'd absolutely share them here if I can get them. Otherwise, I think I'll definitely make a new one!
I have been leaning on the lore and amazing art that you have created in my home D&D game that has been running for nearly 5 years. The names Af the Skewered One and Israfel, the Angel of Song carry a massive siginificance to my friend group. If there is any chance of Af or Israfel becoming models I would be over the moon. They are due a final showdown at some point, and as someone who loves these characters, fully representing them on the tabletop with minis to suit would be pretty much the crowning achievement of my DM'ing life. So yeah, nudge nudge Af Israfel :P
Super excited about more prints and even more excited about the upcoming RPG!
