Hobbit houses/burrows would be perfect for all the critters
Building upon the earlier suggestion for stables, a trough would be a really nice and easy piece of scatter. Also, something really useful would be a few doors/windows that one can put on hills to make burrows/hobbit houses.
Perhaps some stables or prinitive fence posts for the horses?
