Making a realistic shattered glass shader for simulations
🕑 Added 2024-03-08 10:41:24 +0000 UTCSO! I decided that it was time to level up the quality of my glasses destructions simulations.
And now I can finally start sharing with you the result of all my experiments.
In this video in particular I show how to make a procedural glass shattering shader in Blender, that includes some steps that are foundamental for simulations.
All the related tutorials on this topic can be applied for any glass destruction that you might want to do (cars, helicopters, house windows, etc ).
More coming soon!

When might this shader be available for download? I actually JUST hit a snag on a project that this would solve. Cheers
