Blender tutorial: tentacle destruction simulation
🕑 Added 2022-04-04 11:59:10 +0000 UTC**NOTE: OUTDATED video! My newer workflow gives much faster and stable dynamics, watch the new version at this link: https://www.patreon.com/posts/91325989
In this tutorial I show you how you can create and handle phisics interaction between a rigged animated character (like my tentacle) and rigid bodies and particles!
Plus I show you how to give inverse kinematics to the tentacle in order to have that flow movement.

thank you:) There is not a specific one about creating a building, but these 2 tutorials might be helpful- one about downloading models from googlemaps, and the other about optimizing 3d scans: 1) https://www.patreon.com/posts/world-in-blender-84945554 2) https://www.patreon.com/posts/3d-scans-polycam-80967625

Love your stuff! Can’t wait to try this out. Is there a tutorial on how create buildings or use scans of real buildings for destruction?

Hi Viens! Unfortunatly I realized I cant share that specific project because it includes the tentacle model that I bought on cgtrader website! It would not be respectful for the owner of the model. But, now that you make me think about it, later today I will upload a sample file with just a simple model instead of the real tentacle :) Anyway, I used this exact model if you are searching for it https://www.cgtrader.com/3d-models/character/fantasy-character/kraken-tentacle-rigged
