The girls were all squirming while looking at one another, whispering between them before finally standing up and approaching Seth.
Seth smiled, this working best for him as well, and looked at the exhausted June.
“I’ll take care of the others. Rest for a bit.”
He then didn’t wait for June to reply as he created a small blanket on the side and teleported her body on it. Freed from June, Seth stood up, his soldier hardening as he looked at the shyly approaching maid army.
Smiling pervertedly, Seth allowed his lust energy out of his body, a pink mist only he could see spreading from his body and circling the maids. They barely got to inhale a trace of it, and their faces grew even redder.
They had trouble walking straight, some falling back to their knees, their thighs closely pressed together. The maids were all confused, with a trace of uncontrollable lust appearing in their eyes.

Seth didn’t know whether to laugh or cry at the system’s calculations. It was not that he couldn’t do it, but he also had other energies to cultivate simultaneously.
He could cultivate the four main ones by separating the energy from a spring and directing it to his sources but doing so while having sex was not that easy. There was also perception to manage.
“Whatever… we’ll see how it goes in the future.” Muttered Seth as he noticed a ray of light dashing toward him from up ahead.
Sitting up, he looked at Leora, who had stopped right in front of him, her clothes wholly drenched in sweat as she looked hesitantly back at him.
Smiling toward Leora, Seth opened his arms, and she dashed right into them, pushing him back a few steps.
“I knew you were fine.” Said Leora gently, a slight stutter in her voice.
“I knew you could do it as well.” Replied Seth, moving his fingers through her long silver hair. “How was the Curse Kingdom?”
“Horrible.” Replied Leora right away. “How was Death?”
“Same.”
Both of them chuckled, and Leora finally let go, smiling widely toward Seth, stunning him on the spot.
He had seen her smile before, briefly, but it was mainly a superficial one. This was the first time he could say he had ever seen a genuine smile on her face, and he got to admit it suited her so much more than her usual indifferent expression.
“It seems my decision was the right one after all…” muttered Seth, lifting his head and caressing her cheek.
Leora jumping into his arms without hesitation and without recoiling from his hand, paired with her smile, told him everything he needed to know about his decision to send her to the Curse Kingdom.
“It was… thank you. I now know why you did it.” Replied Leora, letting her cheek rest into Seth’s palm while looking into his eyes with a look of appreciation and gentleness.
“I’m glad it allowed me to see this smile. You’re even more beautiful when you smile.”
Leora’s eyes squinted happily before she closed them and brought her hand to cup Seth’s hand touching her cheek. “I never thought I could smile again… thank you, Seth. Thanks for picking me up from that place, thanks for not giving up on me, and... thank you for coming back alive.”
“Want to head inside? I’ll tell you about what happened in Hope, and you can tell me about Curse.”
After Leora nodded, Seth teleported along with her to Leora’s room, where both of them sat down on the bed.
Seth allowed her to rest in his arms and started his story. Leora listened carefully, not interrupting him. Out of everyone around Seth, she and Hollie were the ones with the most fate in Seth’s strength.
Once Seth finished his story, it was Leora’s time to begin hers.
“Taking over Curse was not easy, but after reaching one of those villages and staying there for a long time, I understood what you wanted me to do. I also had help from Panther since she stopped protecting the sanctuaries and helped me convince the women to help me take over the kingdom.”
“Moving from sanctuary to sanctuary, we gathered all the women there, numbering well over a billion strong, and marched towards the capital. I helped from the shadows, and the coup was eventually successful, placing one of the first women I met there on the throne of Curse.”
“You’ll like her, probably, but I rushed here too quickly to consider bringing her along. After four years of slowly changing the laws, with women reigning over the country, the place is nothing like it was when I got there.”
Seth chuckled and nodded: “I knew you could do it. What about the curse?”
“Oh, that thing… Panther told me what it was, and it appeared a couple of times, but she took care of it every time. It still plagues the kingdom, claiming victims every day, but there’s nothing we could do about that….”
“I know… I’ll deal with it eventually, but I’m still not strong enough. After our seclusion, I’ll finish off the blood race and hunt every single horror in our empire. Until then, we can only pay the toll they demand… sigh.”
Leora nodded and asked hesitantly: “Seth… Who is Panther?”
Seth looked into her eyes and said: “Why are you asking?”
“Hollie told me she meant a lot to you but never got into detail, and no one else knew. When I asked her about it, she said she didn’t know either….”
Seth smiled sadly and said: “She’s the closest thing I ever had to a lover in the past life. More exactly, I was the closest thing to a lover she ever had.”
“In the past, she told me she loved me, but I never replied to her feelings and only used her for her influence in the council.”
“In the end, I needed her help with the trial, and I told her I’ll give her an answer after that. After she helped… I had to kill her with my own hands...”
Leora lowered her head and asked: “Why did you have to kill her?”
“Because that’s what the trial of destruction required of me. I needed to destroy everything that ever meant anything to me. To free myself from attachments. After killing the entire weakened Council, she came and asked me in tears why I did it, begging me on her knees for an answer, but the answer she got was a destruction sword through her heart.”
“In the end, the crown responded to my call and lent me its will, allowing me to bury this entire world with them. The crown of destruction gained form from the ashes of this world and fused with my destruction source. That’s when I became a god, the first and only god of destruction.”
Leora lowered her head and nodded before asking: “Will this time be the same? Will you have to do it again?”
“I won’t… I already have a destruction divinity sealed inside me.” said Seth with a sigh.
Leora quickly picked up on something and asked: “What about the other trials? The other divinities?”
“For time, I’ll kill Kronos and take it from him. Since creation is the opposite of destruction, the trial will probably not be that cruel. All that’s left is space, for which I have no idea what I’ll need to do, but I doubt it will be like that.”
“If you’re worried I will ever harm you all, don’t forget the purpose I returned in the past with. I will not allow you all to be hurt in my search for power. That I can promise and swear on my soul, Leora.”
Leora nodded and heaved a long sigh. “I trust you, Seth, and I’ll be by your side the entire way.”
Seth looked into her eyes and asked with a smile: “Does that mean?”
Leora nodded. “I’m not sure I’m completely ready, but I’m willing to try. I want to give myself a chance to be loved and feel happy from the bottom of my heart again.”
Seth chuckled and kissed her forehead: “Then, I’ll be more than happy to make that wish of yours come true.”
“Can I go and say hi to the others first?” asked Leora with a red face. “I don’t want them to think I didn’t even visit them.”
Seth chuckled and nodded.
“Sure, but we might have to wait a bit more for everyone to recover.”
Leora understood what had happened from the look on his face and nodded again before closing her eyes and resting her head on his chest.
“Mhm. I’ll wait”
