In the Tales From Treehollow side story "On Thin Ice", Jonas still considers Cur and Kira to be his friends unless that was retconned.

Check back a couple to where we first see them. His tail is attached. He might have lost some of it though. Or toes. Or even both. They were in the river way too long then hypothermia once Tamerlane dragged them out.

oh gosh, ive never seen jonas like this. its definitely a different way than i expected him to be coping! poor guy. perhaps he doesnt like when people show pity or care to him
