Here's the preview for my next shoot :)
I wanted to do something fitness related to help motivate you guys for your (possible) new years health related resolution. I know that I would like to continue on my fitness journey in 2020, so this shoot is also kind of a pat on the back for myself for what I have achieved and to tell myself to keep it up.
I've managed to gain at least 4kg muscle mass! I know it will be harder next year but I'd like to try anyways, and just accept whatever result comes. I also would like to keep improving my work, especially backdrops, equipment and concepts. Also to have a good work-life balance and keep improving my mental health, this year I've gotten a lot better, but I just hope to be the best person I can be :)
What are your resolutions for next year?
