🕑 Added 2025-07-27 17:24:01 +0000 UTCHi guys! I'm once again rising from the dead to bring another update of the computer game Too Much Light to this world. Here is part of what has already been done and briefly about what still needs to be done before the release of the next version 0.7a. Why 0.7a and not 0.6b? Because I decided to immediately add mechanics that were supposed to appear later, in order to exclude some reworks in the future.
• Added a mind system. Over time, Caroline will begin to lose her mind and experience dangerous hallucinations. If nothing is done, she will eventually die of a heart attack. Added consumables to restore the mind.
• The quest system has been reworked. Now you don't have to read (or skip) walls of text to accept a quest. When you select the "Looking for a job" dialogue option, a list of available quests offered by the selected character will appear. The list shows the reward, quest type etc.
• Added arousal system. The heroine will gradually gain arousal points over time, which can be spent to unlock new scenes with characters. The list of available scenes can be viewed by choosing the "Let's have some fun" dialogue option. The girl will lose all arousal after any interactions with disgusting monsters.
• The DNA synthesis system has been removed. Now, if you bring Samantha mutated DNA, she will be able to create new non-combat monsters. These monsters will appear in the Mutant Menagerie and will be available for research^^.
• Healing mixtures and other usable items is now instant. Added instant item use animation.
TODO before the 0.7a release: Complete the character H scene system, complete some new H scenes with the characters, quests balance/rewards, polishing all new things, bug fixes, testing.
P.S menagerie and non-combat monsters research system will be disabled for 0.7a and added to 0.7b version I guess. I need to release some update but there are a lot of work on new things.

Thanks for the Update Shine! as promised I'm paying attention!! ill sub again on the next drop and/or more updates start getting put out. I truly hope you keep going as this game as SO MUCH potential!!! keep up the great work bud (or bud-ette lol).
