Deluge 'bus schedule' releases

Just in case you hadn't noticed last week I released 2.0.4 quickly followed by 2.0.5, this second release was to fix a minor packaging bug with the WebUI.

only way to fix it (for me) is to sudo dpkg -i --force-overwrite /var/cache/apt/archives/libtorrent-rasterbar2.0_2.0.5-5_amd64.deb
