Here it is after a long wait, version 0.9.2 and the start of a whole new chapter for The Headmaster. For those who have played the 0.9.1beta version already please note there is some extra content. Please see the changelog at the bottom.
This update contains a total of around 1800 new renders, 25 video files and around 55,000 words of dialogue so it’s undoubtedly our biggest update so far. Also, many people probably didn't play the last public version so won't have seen the new UI and updated character logs.
Chapter 2 starts on a Monday morning, after the big scene where the headmaster demonstrated his teaching methods to the girls. Nothing much will change until you've seen the chapter 2 introduction so skip to Monday morning to trigger all the new content. A new main quest will start but it is not completable yet. To make up for this there is an unofficial quest this update. There are six new points of horniness available. Two of the best scenes (for Liz and Alice) have a horniness requirement to unlock so your goal this time will be to find all the horniness points and to unlock all the scenes.
It is now possible to catch Liz, Faye and Priti misbehaving in class and to spank them in your office, you can also give them a punishment in class or give them a public punishment after school. Alice also gets a punishment in your office but her content is not repeatable yet. I hoped to have the twins to this stage as well but the animations for those two are more complicated and need some more work.
I've started updating all the conversations around the school. Currently, I’ve only done Friday, Monday and part of Wednesday. A new rule can be unlocked allowing you to give a body search to anyone on campus. This rule will be unlocked after making a discovery at girls dorms in the second week of Chapter 2. Currently, the body-search feature is only implemented for Lucy, Liz, Nina, Ada and the twins.
There is also a new rule allowing you to punish girls by making them sit through class topless. You can also make girls clean the school grounds in just their underwear (if they have any) with the school's initials written on their chests.
There are several new patrolling-the-halls events and almost all the existing events have been updated to reflect changes in the school. Likewise, all the weekend events have also been updated. However, please be aware that some of these events won't change automatically when entering chapter two. Some are linked to the girls' horniness level.
Emily gets an amusing follow-up scene to the incident on the beach where she lost her towel. Visit Liz's room to hear then talking about it and to trigger a new student quest (will only trigger in chapter 2).
You can now watch TV with the girls on a Sunday evening. My joke reality TV show Celebrity Love Archipelago is now real and there are five short episodes to watch. Make sure to see them all for a nice video at the end for a point of horniness. You can also now spend time watching porn in your office. There are only a few available porn categories to watch at the moment with some seemingly random videos, but I'll add more over time.
I had an exceptionally ambitious plan for this version to update nearly every aspect of the game so that everything you can click would show something new. We've come a long way towards achieving that but we still have a long way to go. I had hoped to include the cafeteria but that’s not quite ready. A lot of work has gone into it though and it will definitely be coming soon. I didn’t get around to working on any of the sports events. New scenes for the football storyline and also new volleyball events are also coming soon. Promised new student antagonist Zoe didn’t quite make the cut for this update either. There are, however, a few scenes that set the stage for her arrival. Her current teacher, Miss Swallows, pays you a series of visits, increasingly desperate to get rid of her. Zoe will make her grand entrance in version 0.10. New student Olivia arrives but Jasmine doesn’t, I just ran out of time to put her content in. There’s also not much new here for Cassandra, I’ve updated her classroom punishment scene and public punishments but I didn’t get around to expanding on her story or punishment system. She is also high on my list of priorities for the next update.
Android Users
In theory, you should keep your saves when updating the app but I cannot guarantee it. So please always back up your saves! Saves file are located: android/data/altosandherdone.theheadmaster/files/saves. You’ll need to use an android file manager of some kind. If you get an error saying app not installed try deleting your old version first and try again.

In development usually incrementing a version number doesn't roll over to the prior number when it exceeds 10. The standard is that you have three numbers: major.minor.patch Each number is incremented under specific circumstances. In most development that would mean: Patch is incremented when an error is fixed. Minor is incremented when something is added. Major is usually incremented when major milestones are achieved, (or when a backwards-incompatible change is made, which is not used often in game development). Every time a number is incremented, the following numbers are reset to 0. So you can easily end up with versions like "1.22.5", or as is the case with this game, version 0.9 following version 0.8.2.

Begging for more Priya and Faye in the next update pleaseeee!!! (And this is coming from a 24 yr old girl who sub'd to patreon for these updates specifically!) Your game is AMAZING! I just want to be able to have the same interactions with the students that remind me more of myself (faye, priya, etc.) because it turns me on way more than the girls we currently have access to (slutty debbie, amy, etc.)! But just saying this is the best adult game out there hands down as-is :)

Ok bye, thank you for your support until now. I assume you're referring to Jimmy seeing the twins being searched through the window? To say that is NTR means you are very confused about what NTR actually is. To be clear there is no NTR in this game and never will be. Nothing happened in this update that hasn't happened several times in the game before. Seeing is not sharing.

The short answer is yes, I could do this. However, it would be a lot of extra work, plus I've been advised by other developers to avoid it if possible. As my inbox and all the forums would be flooded with messages asking how to install the update. This would take up a lot of my time and also irritate the hell out of everyone. I agree though that the file size is getting to be a problem and I am looking for solutions.
How do you get the Twins search? I've played through about a week's worth of time and haven't come across them. Got Lucy and Liz though - both excellent.

I love the concept on this project. The characters have been intriguing and individualistic. I really love that you use the reality that there are different body types and implement those into your game. The question i have is, is it possible to create a base game and then use your updates as a patch system? that way you would not have to keep uploading the game as a whole but only the files you have edited. I am not familiar with programming in Python and so am unsure of the file structure requirements.
Powered through a new playthrough just for that Liz/Lucy/Twins search. Definitely worth it for the Twins. Fingers crossed Charlotte and Priti hall search will be soon.

You have to use a file manager. Go-to to Android then Data. Look for and then copy the file to and nother folder, such as backup, that has headmaster in it. Then uninstall your game. Before reinstlling your game copy you back up to the original location under Android, Data.
As the file size inceases, Mega is becoming a real problem. Might it be possible to offer an alternative download site?
