It had taken a month to put it together, but Julie had done it: she’d come up with the perfect Halloween costume. Dressing up as Lola Bunny was the perfect way to have fun and show off all at the same time–much better than some generic Playboy Bunny or sexy ladybug or whatever. Her costume had thought put into it.
She adjusted her bunny ears and checked her makeup in the mirror one last time before inspecting the rest of her outfit. Her cropped tank top showed off her flat stomach, and her high waisted basketball shorts showed off the little bit of ass she had. She smiled at herself before heading out.
To Julie’s disappointment, though, once she arrived at the party, it seemed like every low-rent Party City vampiress and Dollar Store slutty Pikachu was getting more attention than she was. She’d figured the combination of nostalgia and bare skin would’ve generated a ton of interest, but no one even recognized what her costume was or seemed to care.
Feeling put out, she left early and wound up in cozy pajamas on the couch at home, grumpily crunching into a big bag of fun-size candy bars and watching horror movies. Not the Halloween she’d expected to have, sure, but not the worst night ever, either. She consoled herself by thinking about how the next year would be better.

The next Halloween, she was so busy with everything else going on that she completely forgot to plan a costume. Fortunately, she still had everything for the Lola Bunny outfit buried in her closet. She put it all on, and it all felt a little more snug than she remembered. But that made sense–work had gotten super busy and she’d been spending a lot more time behind her desk.
The extra weight was certainly not a bad thing, though, at least not in Julie’s mind. She faced away from her full-length mirror and looked over her shoulder, loving how her newly padded ass was filling out the itty bitty basketball shorts. Her ass wasn’t fat, not really, but there was actual heft to it now and a small but visible extra jiggle when she walked. She felt lucky that her belly was still so flat. The extra ten pounds she’d gained over the last year had all gone right to her ass, with a little bit of extra chunk to her thighs to support it. She’d had to go up a cup size, too, so the crop top was tighter, too, the Tune Squad logo stretching a little wider across her modest bust.
Julie felt nothing but love for her body that night, and when she showed up at her friend’s Halloween party, she got all the attention she’d missed out on the year before and then some. She drank a little more than she probably should have and ended up dancing with someone dressed up as the Brawny paper towel guy who couldn’t keep his hands off her all night. It felt good to be the center of attention. She remembered the year before and getting completely blown off. She’d never let that happen again.
**
The next year of Julie’s life was equally busy–and more fattening. Her early experience with weight gain had been all positive, and so she’d let her guard down. A little weight couldn’t hurt her. It would only make her ass fatter, and she wasn’t about to complain about that! That would only give her more to show off, after all.
Her increased confidence brought people flocking to her, and she loved being wined and dined. There was hardly a weekend that went by when she wasn’t out at some restaurant eating her fill on someone else’s dime. People couldn’t seem to resist spoiling her, and Julie really loved being spoiled. It was even better when she could bring them home so they could properly worship her and the curves she loved so much. Her favorite was the girl who liked to knit who had an entire measuring tape in her bag and actually measured her butt when they were taking a breather from fucking, then promised to take her out to breakfast the next day to “see if we can’t fill out that extra half inch you’re clearly missing.” There was something so hot and devious about indulging and watching her proportions get more exaggerated, and it was even better when she could share that with other people.
This meant that grabbing an extra slice of cake at a company birthday party, or eating one or two more slices of pizza than she needed to feel full, or a bowl or two of ice cream every evening stopped registering. Her body was taking care of it. It wasn’t like she was getting fat–just her ass, and everybody wanted a nice, juicy ass! She wasn’t gaining on purpose. It was all incidental.
The extra calories added up even if she wasn’t willing to do the math. She wasn’t paying enough attention to realize even though all the signs were there. Her clothes were all getting tighter, but it was so gradual that she wasn’t really seeing how the fabric of her work dresses was struggling to hold all of her in. When she wore pants and the buttons popped off after she finished a big lunch, she simply resolved to replace them and moved on. She didn’t notice that, although her butt was siphoning a truly titanic amount of fat, it couldn’t stop her thighs from starting to look a little flabby. Her upper arms were getting a little pudgy. And her belly, once flat, now had a distinct bulge of fat that had not yet become a roll but was well on its way.
It took all the way until the next Halloween for her to realize that in a short span of time she’d gone from slim to deliciously thick to a very pear-shaped fat girl who was absolutely getting fatter. After two years, the Lola Bunny costume had begun to feel like a tradition, and it made her feel so good about herself that she didn’t see much reason to think up another costume.
Much to Julie’s surprise, getting the crop top on was a struggle. Once it was on, it pinched at her fattened upper arms, and it couldn’t even make it all the way over her tits so her bra was showing at the bottom. Her brows knitted together. Surely she hadn’t outgrown it…? She was probably just bloated or something.
So she pulled on the shorts. If the crop top had been a struggle, the shorts felt like climbing Everest. She wiggled and jiggled and jumped as she tried to pull them up over her thighs, the heavy globes of her backside seeming impossible to contain. Through some kind of black magic, she was able to actually get the shorts pulled up. The results were not what she was expecting.
Her belly had softened to the point that the once high-waisted shorts were now simply digging into the chub of her gut. In the back, the shorts were stretched to capacity trying to wrap around her ass, the white fabric so tortured it had gone sheer. There was a good inch of chubby butt hanging out.
Julie was in shock as she turned and looked at herself from every angle in the mirror, jiggling all the while. Was she really this big? Did she really get this fat in just a year?
Just as she was about to call herself a whale and start crying and commit to a diet right now, she caught a glimpse of her booty wobbling in the mirror. She rested her hand on it and gave it a purposeful jiggle, mesmerizing herself. Fuck, that’s hot, she mused.
And with that, her perspective shifted. So she had a little belly now, and maybe she was a little chubby. But with such a nice ass, did any of that even matter? She was living the good life, eating whatever she wanted, dated whoever she wanted. There was no way she was about to give up any of that for… god, what would the rewards even be? A flat ass to match her flat stomach? Fuck that.
So, indecent shorts and all, she headed to yet another Halloween party, ready for another year of good food, good sex, and an even bigger ass at the end of it all.
