I prefer to think the person working at CTV is just a Cursed-head #ReleasetheCravenCut baby!!!

Jane Mulcahy

That's one of the promotional stills from when they were shooting the og script! They did shoot most of the movie with Skeet before he dropped out, and I think that set of stills was released by a Scream fan site a few years ago. I would guess that whoever was in charge of choosing pics/supporting materials on the CTV website probably hadn't seen the movie, looked it up on google images, and picked the one they liked the best lmao. Kind of false advertising!

I didn't know where else to post this, but I watched Cursed last night on CTV (I'm in Canada) and the promo photo has Skeet??? So curious where they got this and why it's the one image they chose! https://www.ctv.ca/movies/cursed

I just know from Dawson’s Creek and Fringe that Joshua Jackson is GREAT at big romantic “you are worth more than me and better than I ever could be I worship the ground you walk on” acting lol

Jane Mulcahy

I know right! so do I

Sage Walund

I honestly wanna see the emotional “have-to-murder-your-loving-boyfriend-because-he-asked-you-to” cut.

I made my little sister watch this while she was visiting me in the states, so you can rest assured that she will spread the word in France as well

I did read that Heather Lagenkamp was supposed to be in it! So many abandoned casting choices that would've been so fun... And I agree, I think one way or another it would be cool if someone were to try to remake Cursed. I feel like more remakes should be for that purpose, not reproducing already popular successful films, but reworking unsuccessful ones

What's kinda crazy is that I grew up watching the unrated cut more than the theatrical cut. Another fun fact was that Heather Lagenkamp would've been in this movie too as a cameo and the sherif from nightmare on elm Street. This would've been Wes Craven's End Game basically. I kinda want the movie remade with everyone again just age them all up and make a new movie.
