It's funny because Goro can be just as playful as Shoto, he also always has to entertain Shoto when he regresses, so that should be fun to see, He just doesn't show his emotions. But deep down he entertains a lot of Shoto's antics and supports his lifestyle even though they are very different. It's also shown in a lot of panels, like Goro sleeping on Shoto's futon with all those stuffed animals and also letting Shoto touch him whenever, It's shown all over the comic. He's not really like that with anyone, you guys will see more when the future chapters drop!
