I'm so excited to learn more! I think the novel mentioned or had me thinking that Shoto was/would be in charge of the strategy division, so I'm interested to see what his involvement with the explosives division may be. Also, I wonder if maybe his brother in charge of the explosive division is who sent the guy. And I feel whoever sent him must know about what daddy did for the guy to say the exact same thing to Sho.... 😕 oOoOO I can't wait to find out more!

Was not expecting this direction at all, and I can 100% say this story never misses with its visuals and writing because this was such an amazing chapter. It’s sad to say this but this is the first time I can clearly see what I’m assuming is elementary school sho look like since he’s not covered in bruises or bandages. So many layers to unravel with this story and I can not wait to look inside more of sho’s mind and see him develop along the way.

In the image, Shoto's nails are black, which is the color of the oyabun or "boss" (going by the rulebook). So even though he was the "heir" or next in line, he still had his own unit when he was in the group (explosives or etc.) right? Also, I was wondering who the third image is of in the banner at the top of the Patreon page, and I always thought it looked like Shoto, but it was also not Shoto (does that make sense?). Is that the image of the "protector" in Shoto's system??! Loved this chapter and I can't wait for more!! Thanks y'all!!!

I keep thinking about this chapter, there's so much going on in it. When Shoto says he would kill for someone he loves and Goro kisses him and calls him "my love". That's not a confession of romantic feelings, that's him answering Shoto's question from before, confirming that yes, he would kill for Shoto.

With DID there's nothing such as "the original", since DID is caused by childhood trauma before a unified identity or concept of "self" is formed. What you're referring to is called the "host", that is the system member that is in control of the body the most and usually doesn't carry all their memories of past trauma.

Ok first of amazing chapter also from I’m the looks of it sho has DID which means he has multiple personalities and there’s three so far one is the protector and he seems have kinda the fathers traits when it comes to anger, then there little sho that self-explanatory, then what I proceed as original sho. I can’t wait for to learn more about them and sho, also does goro have any idea that he might/does have DID

It's called Dissociative Identity Disorder nowadays as the term "multiple personalities" wasn't an accurate enough descriptor and caused many people to misunderstand the disorder

However, shoto is aware of his system but he doesn't professionally know what it is or, he's too scared to find out. Goro is very aware that shoto may have a system, but he hasn't confirmed it as of yet.

Phenomenal job. It's intriguing to get to see inside Shoto's mind. Seeing the dark weighing so heavy really hit home. Also seeing Goro be the literal light in Sho's eyes is just....wonderful. I hope Sho will be able to tame that protector side. Sometimes they're necessary, sadly speaking from experience.

Omgggggg. I love the little sho and protector sho really showing who he is because of being his fathers oldest child and how he has the age regression. Baby sho is truly terrified of the other side of him. You can see a lot of sho’s father and how the trauma has really effected him. While baby sho is just there trying to stay afloat🥺. Great chapter.
