Your mods really worth every single ¥ put into and even more ! I've been using the avatar mod since a month or two and it really is awsome, but there is a detail I've been thinking about which is the look direction. When the avatar look at the camera, it's a bit like if he was blind because its eyes don't look at anything. An idea could be to have "points of interest" where the eyes would look at with a dose of randomness (and maybe a "look away" cycle) to keep it natural. I've made a schema because an image worth a million words, I hope it is clear enough. https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/348626289499832341/973523636449329152/Capture_decran_2022-05-10_114553.png I have no idea how hard it would be to implement, or maybe you already planned to do it, but I though it could be cool to share the idea just in case :)
