Hi Anita. I will message you back shortly after my livestream. Thanks

Anita Prasanna

It says I don’t have access to any discord channel .How to reach out to support team , can’t raise ticket

Kaswrp

Hey! It should still be working. Can you try this on your desktop browser and try to disconnect and reconnect again? Let me know if it continues to give you issues.

Nachiket

Hi Kartik, I just joined the community and trying to connect to discord. I see discord app in Patreon -> More -> Connected Apps but clicking on 'Connect' button pops a new login Discord window. Also, on Pateron it says 'unable to get status' for moneyvest servers. Is this the reason why Discord auth is not working?

Kaswrp

Hey KC! Welcome onboard! The shopping list is on the Moneyvest platform. You can sign up and access the list there.

K.C. Lim

How do I access the shopping list? I have paid for an annual membership.

Kaswrp

That’s strange. Could you please do me a favor and create a support ticket on discord and my team will resolve this for you asap. Thank you!

Hi Kartik, I just signed up and linked discord via Patreon's app integration. On discord I briefly saw all the channels under moneyvest server, but now they are gone. I only see the rules channel.

Fooker

Hello Kartik, where do I find the shopping list?

Kaswrp

Hey Malav, if you click on the course stocks and personal finance- the videos should be available for you to watch. They are included in your membership. As for discord: that’s where we share all the alerts. Make sure you connect via Patreon’s automatic app integration and get access to our channels.

Kaswrp

Hey James! Welcome! Connect to our discord server automatically via Patreon’s app integration.

Hi Kartik, Thank you for all you do for your trading community. I recently became a member of the group but can't seem to access the week 19 portfolio. If you have any recommendations regarding tax professionals for traders or information regarding how to save on taxes as a trader this would be greatly appreciated. Have a wonderful and profitable trading week #19!

Suvarna

I have joined this group recently and getting some messages in Discord regarding copy trading. I just wanted to check on how to report these.

It’s a very simple process and once you’re in our discord, you will see the updates and alerts daily. You just need to connect to discord and you’re all set. Happy to walk you through it over a call.

Kaswrp

Hey Stephen, are you available for a quick call? So I can fix this for you. Thanks.

Stephen Ormsby

I'm sorry this site is way to confusing for me. Its all over the place no disrespect. I like your content but this is just to complicated. Can you issue a refund to my card. I'm going around in circles. I don't have time for this. I wanted a simple discord with weekly emails or videos. I'm not liking the Pateron page,, toooooo much all over the place. I'm not even sure how I got here

Kaswrp

Hmm, that’s strange. Could you reach out to patreon support? Can you check your spam folder as well?

Stephen Ormsby

Need help trying to change email now its telling me We just sent you a verification email! Your email setting will be updated once you verify your new address. i don't see it in either email.

Kaswrp

Hey Antionette, did you sign up for monthly or annual? It’s an annual discount with an additional 20% discount. Meaning, for one year membership, the mo they cost comes down to $19.50 per month.

A H

Just signed up FEB put in and discount was not given. It charged $29

Kaswrp

Yes that’s correct as it’s an annual discount. Alternatively there’s also a normal monthly tier for $29 per month

Kaswrp

Hey Alice, it’s for an annual discount if you apply coupon code: FEB

Alice Giang

Do we need to stay for a year?

Alice Giang

Hi where can I find your 19 $ a month?

Kaswrp

Hey Greg, it’s an annual discount which brings it down to $19.50 per month. Coupon code “FEB” You can apply to during checkout

Kaswrp

Hey win. It’s an annual discount with the coupon code “FEB” which brings it down to $19.50 per month.

Greg

Yep, same here

Win Coffin

I'm confused -- I was looking for the $19.49/month you have advertised on your YT channel, today Feb 28 last day for the offer. But on Patreon Moneyvest membership page, it only offered the $29/month level. I grabbed it, knowing that today is last day for the deal, hoping you can still offer me the discount.

Kaswrp

Hey! Could you please try to refresh and reconnect on Patreon.

Kaswrp

Hi Hitesh, please sign up on our Moneyvest platfrom using the same email as your password and you should receive an OTP on your email. Once you authenticate, you will have access. If you need any help, please open a support ticket on discord and we will get back to you asap. Thanks!

Hitesh Kesaria

I just joined today. Checking to see how do i access moneyvest platform

Kaswrp

Hey! No worries, I will process it. Thanks.

Shinka McCabe

I'm so sorry I think that I need to cancel. I just joined & now I realize I'll need a computer for your program as your mobile option but it's not ready now.. since I just joined today could you please refund me or post signals and options, the live trading .. etc. in the discord?

Kaswrp

Okay, how about 10 am ET? Let me know and I will message you.

JoT

Sure. What time as I work starting 7am and during business hrs

Kaswrp

Hey! I’m available tomorrow during market open if that works for you. Let me know.

JoT

Kartik, I am waiting to heard back from you. Asked for a 1 to 1 session. Could you replay with some times

parikshit sheth

hey i am not able to connect to discord i have followed the process as well

Kaswrp

Hey the options course is already available here on Patreon. Everything will be moved over to Patreon soon.

varsha kaveti

Hi Katy, I have purchased your options Pro Course with 20 lectures last year, right now I am accessing them through the moneyvest.teachable.com website, but once you move them to Patreon, I still should be able to access them right

Kaswrp

Hi Kelvin, you need to connect to discord app from within Patreon. Please follow the steps here: https://support.patreon.com/hc/en-us/articles/212052266-Getting-Discord-access

Kelvin Smith

Looking for link to discord became paid member on yesterday. Thanks Kelvin

Damien X Chambers

Thanks for the reply. I created a ticket as requested. In regards to which videos are locked in the Members Only Video section.. it's all of them except the last two most recent ones.

Kaswrp

Hey Damien, Technical Analysis course I will give you access to separately on Teachable since I'm in the middle of moving it from Teachable to Patreon. Could you please open a ticket on discord and I will share the details with you. I've removed the day trading chart link since it's only the main chart link for now. Use that one please. Members only videos should all be available for you and unlocked! Could you please share which is locked for you and I will take a look those? It's possible, those are older videos and need to be updated to the NEW "education" tier we created. Should only take me a few mins. Let me know, thanks!

Damien X Chambers

Few quick things I noticed.. - The technical Analysis course isn't loading... do I need to submit a ticket to get that fixed? - The Day Trading link is the same as the Main Chart Link... is that correct? - When I go to the Members Only Videos a lot of them are locked.. shouldn't I have access to all of them since I signed up for Moneyvest Education?
