Good House of the Week
🕑 Added 2017-04-26 23:31:24 +0000 UTC It speaks volumes about Polk County that this was the nicest new house I could find (built 2016) While the garage is a little gross at least they tried to have horizontal rhythm with the doors on the first floor. The house is symmetrical and tries it's best - it's the materials that lack.

No nubs. Nice dormers.
I was curious, so I looked at Zillow and while I agree that Polk County is a hard place to find a decent looking house, there are many more that are better than this one. The one thing that it succeeds in is saying "Nouveau Riche! Look at me!"
