---------------------
For the last world master-level powerhouse, Fang Yun also quickly ended his life, but before killing the three of them, Fang Yun quietly searched through their memories.
Although it seemed as if he directly killed all three of them instantly, things are a bit different for him. His perception of time is very different from normal people, during that fraction of a second, he easily searched their memories, then sorted the memories out.
"Oh, it turns out that they were all hired by the leader of the Izumo Empire."
After Fang Yun searched the memory of these three people, he immediately understood the reason why they intended to interrupt Luo Feng’s promotion and even kill him.
Recently, the leader of the Izumo Empire has joined an ancient organization. This organization is very powerful and has a wide sphere of influence. Its lowest entry threshold is the domain master level.
This time, the leader of the Izumo Empire successfully hired three powerful world masters through spending points in this organization, intending to kill Luo Feng who was in the midst of breaking through.
However, he never expected that not only is the mission unfulfilled, but even the three world master-level powerhouses died at the same time.
"Grey fog?"
These two words popped up in Fang Yun's mind. This was the name of the ancient organization he found in the memories of the three killers.
Judging from the memories of these three people, the Grey Mist organization is very huge. World masters are countless, immortals can be seen everywhere and they even have peak sage-level powerhouses and beyond.
However, although three world masters have been sent to deal with them, they’re not particularly targeting him. They’re just fulfilling their mission.
"I wonder if the leader of the Izumo Empire can invite more members of this organization to attack us?"
Fang Yun sneered, then turned and left. The current situation can be said to be stable, so there is no need for him to stay here anymore. He is going to return to his residence.
“Crunch! Crunch!”
Huge piles of energy ores were piled up in front of Fang Yun, which he chewed, then devoured, his aura slowly changing.
Besides him, the giant turtle constantly chomped all kinds of energy ores and high-quality materials.
Luo Feng’s breakthrough was very smooth, becoming the undisputed most powerful being in the Metaverse, besides Fang Yun.
The entire Metaverse was boiling.
The old veterans like Nebula were the most excited about this. After Luo Feng broke through to become a world master, their Metaverse league can be said to have truly gained a foothold in the ancient universe.
After Luo Feng broke through to the world master level, the Izumo Empire sent a messenger over again, showing their intentions of seeking peace, but Luo Feng directly rejected it.
"Do you want us to forget all your previous aggressive actions?" Luo Feng shook his head and said,
"It's too late now. The Metaverse league and the Izumo Empire are deadly enemies now and nothing can change it."
"Go back and tell your leader, if he still cares about the safety of his people, he must obediently surrender. His meaningless struggle won’t change anything."
The messenger left, and Luo Feng immediately began to rectify his troops, preparing to carry out a final raid of the Izumo Empire, preparing to erase this country from the world.
"Huh... I finally finished dealing with today's affairs."
Luo Feng looked at the various documents laid out on the table and heaved a sigh of relief,
"After occupying the Izumo Empire, we shouldn’t have to worry about resources for a long time."
The foundation of the Izumo Empire is even larger than that of the Gama Empire. Moreover, its various facilities and channels are more advanced. There’s a huge difference between the two, hence why the Izumo Empire confidently set out to conquer the Gama Empire.
If they obtain this Empire, there’s no doubt that the strength of the Metaverse league will greatly increase.
The strategy of the Metaverse league is completely different from the usual Empire. They have completely spread cultivation across all corners of their territory. They also distributed countless resources as well.
Furthermore, due to their previous urgent situation, they have recklessly pooled their resources to create as many high-level cultivators as possible, completely ignoring sustainability. Finally, they have two behemoths that devour an uncountable amount of resources every day.
Over time, more and more cultivators are appearing. Based on their current consumption, their resources are starting to get stretched out.
In the foreseeable future, the resources of their Metaverse league will not last long.
Luo Feng prefers to be prepared for danger in times of peace, so many years ago, before the resource shortage became apparent, he sent countless people out to search for resource planets and meteorite-rich areas.
He organized the league’s exploration team to search for resource planets but also allowed private energy mining teams to exist.
If these mercenary teams find an energy planet, then they can work with the league to mine the energy ores on that planet and obtain the corresponding proportion.
Because of these policies, mercenaries and adventure groups have popped out like mushrooms in the past dozen years.
And because of these policies, the current Metaverse league’s inventory of various cultivation resources had barely reached a balance of income and consumption. If he hadn’t done this, resource problems might have already emerged.
After all, the current consumption of cultivation resources by the Metaverse league is dozens of times greater than an average cosmic Empire. In addition, it’s not easy for them to reduce their original welfare. After all, this will definitely create issues, which is not what they want at this juncture.
In particular, they are now in the midst of massive expansion. They have just conquered the Gama Empire, but they haven’t digested its territory and are still converting its citizens into the citizens of the Metaverse.
Fortunately, under Fang Yun's high welfare and preferential treatment, these people didn't cause any major trouble and this is enough.
