Chapter 71: These 2 idiots!
🕑 Added 2021-09-15 11:35:07 +0000 UTC"Let’s go inside," Andre said as walked into the alley.
Shillong and Arman followed closely behind.
When they came to the alley, Shillong finally got a good look at the situation.
Several men were on the ground, crying while covering their heads. Their bodies were all covered with several purple bruises.
In the middle of this pain, a young girl was throwing punches and kicks at these men.
"Sister Nefiro!" Arman couldn't help but call her out.
"Huh?!"
The young girl who was fighting vigorously looked towards the entrance of the alley, then her eyes lit up. She smiled, gave up beating those people, and walked towards Shillong and the other dragons: "You two came all the way from the island after me! You know it's not very safe here! But I will protect you!"
As she said that, she started patting the two young dragons’ shoulders.
"Uh ......" Arman flinched, and then said: "Sister, don't worry about it! I'm safe with this bastard Shillong around!"
"Hey, hey, hey! Don't ignore me! I'm here, all you have to do here is rely on me!" Andre said. He felt that he was being ignored.
”When it comes to strength, who here can be as strong as me, an adult golden dragon? Protecting everyone's safety is the duty of I, the great Andre!”
"Stop being a disgrace!" Nefiro said.
The group of dragons kept chatting at the entrance of the alley.
Inside, several men who had been beaten up looked at each other and quietly sighed in relief, as everyone held their breathing to a minimum. The only thing they fear now is breathing loud enough to attract the attention of this female devil!
......
"Sister Nefiro, what has brought you here in this late hour?" Arman asked.
”To keep the peace! The slums here are a mess! That's why I come every few days!" Nefiro said.
"You'd better stop coming here! These slums are different from a decade ago. Now, the people here do not dare to do anything at all, they just keep looking at passengers, without attacking them! Your name is widespread here… Everyone knows about you."
Andre sighed a little.
"Hahahaha ~ doesn’t this mean that my efforts have been rewarded! This is my path to justice!" Nefiro was extremely proud.
’When I first came to Star City more than ten years ago, Nefiro, the female dragon, heard about the chaos in the slums and immediately went to punish the evil every day.’
’She pretended to be a weak pitiful little girl every time, to arouse the desire of evil people.’
’Sometimes, she would disguise as a rich lady who travels alone.’
’This triggers the evil men's greed.’
’Every time such a person makes a move on Nefiro, the result is the same!’
’The people in the slums are ordinary people with little fighting power, how can they defeat Nefiro, a true humanoid dragon?’
’Even if she doesn’t fight seriously, ordinary scums that have never gone through any training can’t deal with her!’
’Therefore, all the villains here have basically been educated by Nefiro in a variety of ways, which end with them lying in bed for a week or two.’
’Some heavy cases end up with five broken ribs or so, and get to spend a lot of time on their beds!’
’Nefiro's name is really famous in the slums, it scares the shit out of evil people!’
’The whole slums are now full of wimps!’
’Law and order here are better than the general public area, that’s why no one dared to attack Shillong and Arman as they walked in luxurious clothes at midnight.’
’They wouldn't dare!’
’They only keep looking around.’
"Let's go! Let's go back! Tomorrow we'll show Shillong and Arman around to get familiar with Star City." Seeing that their conversation was almost over, Andre proposed to go back.
"Okay!" Nefiro agreed.
The few punks in the alley who were still pretending to be dead were happy inside, but before being fully relieved, Nefiro's next words made them feel like they’re in hell!
"But wait a minute! I'm going to finish teaching these guys a lesson!" Nefiro said.
Then she turned her head back, and the alley was again filled with ghostly cries.
"Phew, that's about it!" Looking at a few punks with tears in the corners of their eyes and a look of hopelessness, Nefiro finally clapped her hands and left with Shillong and the other dragons, refreshed.
The whimpers of the punks were left alone in the alley.
They wanted to go to the sheriff's office to sue Nefiro, but it didn’t work!
Someone had sued her before, but Nefiro had Andre behind her. Not to mention that she was widely known for her chivalrous deeds, which also reached the inner city palace and was known to the Seventh Princess.
Her Highness was so fond of Nefiro that she summoned her to meet her. And since then, it was rumored that the two of them hit it off as soon as they met. Her Highness had even called Nefiro an example of justice in Star City in front of others!
With such a background, the punks could only give up and accept the beating, as long as they weren't killed!
The four dragons took a lot of time to get back to Andre's house.
The house is in the inner city.
Star City is the king's city where the king is located. Whether it’s military-wise or economic-wise, it is the strongest in the kingdom.
The whole city has three circles of walls, divided into the outer city, the inner city, and the royal palace.
The outer city is inhabited mostly by ordinary people, while the inner city is home to wealthy merchants, nobles, and powerful professionals.
The Royal Palace is the gathering place of the royal family.
The entire Star City has more than seven million inhabitants. It’s a very big city.
Andre's house is a single villa, covering an area of more than four hundred square meters, with three floors. The outside is painted with marble, making it look very aesthetically pleasing.
The house is surrounded by a high fence, and the gate is guarded by two armored guards.
After seeing Andre, the two guards immediately opened the gate and put their right arms in front of their chests to show their respect to Andre.
"Let's go! You all live in my house for the time being. You can move out whenever you want to buy a house of your own." Andre looked at the house in front of him and said to the three dragons.
"This house should be pretty good among humans, right? It looks much more pleasing than those outside!" Arman complimented after surveying it.
"Oh, that is natural, I have spent a lot of gold coins for this house," Andre said proudly.
"How many gold coins did you spend?" Arman was curious.
"......"
Andre remained slightly silent.
"Hey! I guess it must be around three thousand gold coins!" Nefiro said on the side.
She looked at Andre from the corner of her eyes like a retard! It's hard to believe that Andre, as a dragon, would spend so many gold coins to buy a house that he can only live in human form!
It's unbelievable!
’I can only buy one in five years with my income.’
"Ha? Spending three thousand gold coins to buy such a house? Andre, are you an idiot?" Arman also despised him.
The corners of Andre's eyes twitched as he listened.
’Bastard! I was already distressed enough when I bought it in the first place! It's hard to move on, but why do you have to mention this in front of me?’
’Damn it! These two idiot dragons… with low IQ!’
’This is the human world! How many people dream of having a house like this!’
’You two idiots wouldn't understand!’
’Did you see the two guards next to you? Did you see the way they looked at you?’
’Two idiots! I can't communicate with you!’
Andre growled internally.
