-------------------------
The news that the Gama Empire fell into chaos quickly reached the Izumo Empire. In just a short period, the Izumo Empire started to mobilize its army, then invading the Gama Empire.
This is a golden opportunity to conquer the Gama Empire. If they miss it, then they will have to face an opponent that is much more difficult than the Gama Empire.
Their best course of action is to conflict with the enemy on the grounds of the Gama Empire, showing them that they are not easy to mess with. When the time comes, they can sign some treaties and make mutual agreements. Anyway, as long as the enemy doesn’t take the initiative to attack, then everyone can cooperate peacefully.
This might be obvious, but the Izumo Empire has truly started to fear the Metaverse. After all, seeing as they were able to plunge the Gama Empire into chaos, it shouldn’t be impossible for them to do the same to their empire.
However, they aren’t willing to just let such a good chance slip out of their hands and passively wait, because they knew very well that the Metaverse will test them. At that time, they will fall into a very passive situation.
In that case, they might as well take the initiative.
Time quickly flew. Half a year has passed since the Gama Empire plunged into chaos. During this time, countless civilizations and life planets have been either conquered or destroyed.
This is the consequence of an empire falling into chaos. No matter what level of civilization it is, it will be swept a turbulent wave.
Nebula and the others did not vigorously try to conquer the Gama Empire during its chaos, but steadily moved one step at a time, ensuring that they could fully understand and control the territory they conquered.
They also found a lot of high-energy mines in their path. These gains caused the soldiers on the front line to be extremely excited. This means that this war isn’t vain.
They also know that after going back this time, they will receive generous rewards.
While facing the Gama Empire, Nebula is constantly improving the space city they built on the defensive line. Nebula is planning to develop that city as the inter-cosmic city between the Gama Empire and The Metaverse. It might even reach the scale of the Great Cosmic city.
This city holds great strategic importance as the bridge between the Metaverse and the Gama Empire.
Nebula also stated his idea to Fang Yun and the latter didn’t stop him but encouraged him to do whatever he saw as right.
The rear fleet also flew to the defensive line and participated in the building project.
Fang Yun was very pleased at this sight, with more giant space cities getting built, the territory and economy of the Metaverse will keep getting bigger. Even his attention was shifted to the defensive line space city.
Anyway, the first Space City in the path between the defensive line and the Kapor Star Belt, Satellite One has been built successfully.
Many individuals, families, and companies started moving there. It won’t be long before it will become prosperous.
The space city on the defensive line was named Aegis City. After it’s built, it will be very beneficial to their conquering of the Gama Empire territory.
After all, it won’t be easy to conquer this Empire in the future. They might have defeated the leader of this country now, but its people won’t just watch as they invade their home.
However, as long as they build many space cities as anchors in important places, then use their fleet to control the intelligent creatures in that area, they will be able to slowly move forward. Over time, they will completely conquer the country.
By now, the Metaverse had already occupied one-fifth of the Gama Empire’s territory, which is roughly equivalent to five heavens from the Metaverse. In fact, after the fleet has crossed such a large distance, logistical problems started appearing.
This forced Nebula to pause their conquest, then waited for the rear to send more manpower. Due to the lack of high-level cultivators, most of the follow up sent this time are warlords, warriors, or even ordinary soldiers.
They used the method of semi-compulsory enlistment, using rewards and military exploits to attract a lot of people from free and private companies.
A large group of people gathered in the rear, all of which longed to enter the new Aegis city.
With the attraction of so many rewards and military exploits, many of them will be attracted as logistics for the expedition fleet.
Fang Yun also passed an order to Nebula. He ordered him to build a new training camp in Aegis City. Of course, the training camp there doesn’t need to gather top instructors and all resources like the one in the Great Cosmic city.
It’s just a relatively ordinary training camp. Naturally, the training intensity and the general strength of this new training camp won’t be as high as the first training camp.
However, it’s still much more advanced than the ordinary cultivation schools in most civilizations.
Aegis city is now under intensive construction. A part of it has already been built. This part is enough for many people to live in. However, Fang Yun told Nebula that this city is not enough. More need to be built.
In addition, Fang Yun referred to the training camp in Aegis city as the ninth training camp. With the industrial ability of the Metaverse and with the support of countless resources and people, the training camp will be quickly built.
Fang Yun intends to personally select a group of people to be the instructors of this training camp and then recruit students.
The temporary selection rule is that as long as they are key personnel of the Metaverse, their children are eligible to enter this training camp.
This training camp will have many classes, divided into weak and strong ones. The ranks will be pretty strict.
However, this training camp will not have any threshold for the time being. Although unrealistic, Fang Yun longs to build a martial arts academy without any threshold in the future.
Aegis City is taking shape bit by bit, and more and more people have moved there. Fang Yun has also begun to select instructors for the ninth training camp.
After all, the construction of the training camp is very easy to solve. Now the prototype has been set up, and a lot of people have gathered there. Everyone is looking forward to the future.
Fang Yun selected a hundred instructors in the first training camp, all of whom were masters of the star level and above. There are also several cosmic masters.
Many of these people are the warriors that returned from the battlefield between the Gama and Izumo Empire. Due to various circumstances, they were selected by Fang Yun as the instructors of the new ninth training camp.
