--------------------
Under Fang Yun’s suggestion, Luo Feng was also dispatched to the front line of the war between the two empires. It wasn’t just him. A hundred star-level cultivators were dispatched. All of which were students from the first training camp.
Most of them were the same group of students who had fought with Luo Feng before.
Fang Yun left a trace of mental energy on Luo Feng's body, allowing him to track their movements.
Under his attention, about three months after leaving the Kapor base, they infiltrated the Gama Empire, then it took another month to successfully blend into an army.
As time passed by, the situation in the Gama Empire has become more and more serious. The army was recruiting troops everywhere, so Luo Feng and the others only used some tricks to successfully mix into the fleet.
The overall strength of Luo Feng's group of people can't be said to be top-notch, but together, they can still affect the battle situation in an area. It’s not difficult to turn the situation around, turning loss into victory.
One hundred star-level masters can’t be said to be too much, but it’s not less either. However, these 100 star-level cultivators are all elites amongst their realm.
Luo Feng and the others joined a unit called the Burning Legion. They were not in the same company but scattered among the army.
Luo Feng was in the 17th Company of the Third brigade of the Burning Legion. In fact, the rest of his companions were all in this brigade but interspersed throughout different companies.
After Luo Feng entered the company, he served as the deputy commander. After all, he is a cosmic-level master. A cultivator of his level is considered top-notch even in the Gama Empire.
The reason he’s serving as the company's deputy commander is only that his qualifications aren’t enough.
As long as he accumulates enough qualifications, then he will be in charge of the company next. As for the others, they are not just ordinary soldiers.
After all, they’re star-level masters, cultivators that usually rule over several star systems. Each one of them is at least a squad captain, most of the others are platoon commanders and deputy commanders.
"Huh, I finally settled down."
On that day, Luo Feng returned to his ‘home’ and heaved a sigh of relief as he sat on the bed. After serving as the deputy commander, he shouldered too much work, causing him to be very busy.
"Our next goal is to survive in the battle against the Izumo Empire and continue to sharpen ourselves. It would be even better if I can climb up to the higher ranks of the Gama Empire."
Luo Feng formulated a target for himself.
Nebula had already explained these things to him before he was sent to this place.
His ultimate goal is to enter the upper ranks of the Gama Empire.
As long as he enters the upper ranks, it’s possible to make the Gama Empire a sword in their hands. Maybe they can take down the Gama Empire without war.
Occasionally, Luo Feng secretly communicated with his companions, discussing their next plan.
The army of the Burning Legion is relatively strong, with a total of more than one million cultivators. It has between 7000 and 8000 star-level cultivators, and more than 500 cosmic level masters.
There are even 2 domain masters at the top.
They are the commander and deputy commander of the Burning Legion. Luo Feng had also seen these two once. The faint coercion that they emitted caused heavy pressure on him.
They are undoubtedly amongst the most powerful beings he had ever seen.
He has also faced Fang Yun, but the aura emanating from Fang Yun was relatively weak. This is because he was actively converging his aura. On the other hand, these two domain masters deliberately released their aura, establishing their power and majesty in front of their subordinates.
"The gap between me and domain masters is still very big."
After sensing the terrifying aura emanating from these two people, Luo Feng realized the great gap between them.
His cultivation speed isn’t slow, but upon thinking of the hard work he needs to reach the level of these two, his heart was full of pressure.
After realizing that he has to face these two powerhouses in the future, the thought of giving up and leaving this company emerged in his mind.
But immediately, he extinguished this thought, and soon regained his spirit. No matter how powerful the opponent or how difficult the road, he would never give up.
"Domain masters… I still have a long way to go."
Luo Feng smiled bitterly, he had a feeling that climbing from the cosmic level to the domain master level would be more difficult than any step in his cultivation journey up to now.
"Buzz!!"
On a certain day, Luo Feng, who was meditating in the training field, suddenly noticed that the military watch on his wrist was vibrating.
After tapping on the watch, a holographic screen appeared, on which was the figure of the commander and the deputy commander of the legion.
At this moment, the two of them had a serious expression.
"According to the information we received, an enemy fleet is heading towards our burning legion base. It’s an enemy attack!"
"All personnel, prepare for battle!"
After hearing the words of these two army commanders, the training field fell into temporary silence.
However, soon after, the silence was replaced by a loud ruckus. Luo Feng clearly noticed that most soldiers had a trace of fear as they talked about the Izumo Empire’s legion.
"Everyone! prepare for battle!"
After the projection disappeared, Luo Feng's boss and company commander came to emphasize again. Soon afterward, countless ships left the base and headed towards the battlefield.
Each soldier meticulously performed their duties.
Luo Feng and his companions are also on the same ship right now. What they need to do now is to arrange their positions in advance.
When the Izumo Empire arrives, the war would truly start.
Soon, the battlefield space was prepared. At this time, everyone else was standing in their place, waiting for the arrival of the Izumo Empire.
Luo Feng found that many people beside him were a little nervous. In fact, he was also a little nervous. After all, this was the first time he would fight or even see cultivators from the Izumo Empire.
"I wonder if the combat capabilities of the Izumo Empire’s cultivators are higher than that of the Gama Empire?"
Luo Feng was a little eager to try. He wanted to compete with the cultivators of the Izumo empire, sublimate in the battle and achieve an even higher level.
Soon, a fleet appeared in front of them.
"This is the vanguard force of the Izumo Empire, be careful."
A reminder sound suddenly sounded from Luo Feng’s headset.
He glanced at the company commander and found out that he looked indifferent. Judging from his posture, he didn’t seem to take this vanguard force seriously.
Luo Feng was a little relieved after seeing this.
