---------------------
This is the first time that Fang Yun has seen such a huge space base. He finally had some understanding of the technological level of the seventh heaven.
It’s known that there are three mega space bases in the seventh heaven. They are extremely huge and luxurious and are their major military stations. This one should be one of them.
Moreover, Fang Yun saw a huge sign with the words of three and sky. This should be the “Third Sky” base of the seventh heaven.
"Haah..."
Fang Yun heaved a long sigh. He pondered whether to directly launch an attack and knock out this space base.
If this space base is destroyed, it’s estimated that the military of the seventh heaven will be heavily injured. The leaders of the seventh heaven will probably vomit blood and die...
This space base is the foundation of the seventh heaven after all. They can maintain the stability of the seventh heaven and the sovereignty of the seventh heaven alliance relying on the three space bases.
Destroying it is like cutting their heart.
The entire base was operating in an orderly manner, looking like a dormant behemoth. However, Fang Yun wasn’t afraid. Just as he said before, numbers are useless to him. Unless they have a hidden terrifying weapon, they wouldn’t be able to deal with him.
Even such a gigantic base can leave flesh injuries on his body at most. Even if it’s much bigger than him.
Anyway, his regeneration ability is very powerful. No matter what kind of injury he sustains, he can hide and recover. After recovering, he can continue attacking. One day, the ammunition and energy of the base will run out.
At that time, can’t he casually destroy this base?
Moreover, the base is like a static target in space. Fang Yun doesn't think it’s a threat to him anyway.
“Boom!!”
Fang Yun directly launched an attack on a planet-level space fortress. He used the skill "Black Hole" from the start, decomposing the space fortress into energy then swallowing it.
In addition, several moons orbiting the planetary were devoured by him as well.
The people in the base quickly reacted and started launching a variety of attacks on Fang Yun. Suddenly, the dark space was lighted up by various energy attacks and explosions.
Many injuries started appearing on Fang Yun’s body, but compared with his titanic size, these injuries could be considered deep scratches at best. As he flew around, dodging the incoming lasers, these injuries had already healed.
As his size continues to increase, his defensive power increases as well. Some of these attacks could have left deep and even serious injuries on him not long ago, but they can barely leave slight injuries or deep scratches now.
Coupled with his perverted regeneration ability, this base can hardly cause any threat to him.
“Boom! Boom!”
Facing the fierce attack of the base, Fang Yun naturally didn’t just watch. He launched a fierce counterattack, destroying various parts of the base, and the various structures and fortresses around it.
Fang Yun moved back and forth around the base, avoiding most of the attacks. Only a small part of the attacks could land on him, but they basically don’t constitute any threat to him now.
As a result, the side that he attacked was directly emptied.
Previously, there were various planets, moons, planetary fortresses, Battlestars, giant fortifications, and various spaceships, but they have all disappeared.
However, soon after, many battleships flew out of various openings in the base and started attacking Fang Yun.
There are countless spaceships docked in the base at the moment. If the giant serpent is allowed to enter and destroy them, there will be unknown consequences.
"Damn it, that giant serpent actually dared to take the initiative to attack the base."
In the control center of the command ship of the fifth heaven fleet, Gu Li had a furious expression on his face. This is beyond simple provocation. It seems that the giant serpent has become too arrogant!
It actually dared to attack one of the major three military areas. It simply holds no regard for the majesty of a powerful Heaven!
"Where is the commander of the base?"
Gu Li yelled loudly. Soon after, a soldier helped him connect with the commander of the Third Sky base.
A man with majestic facial hair appeared in front of Gu Li. After connecting with him, Gu Li immediately shouted!
"General Wang, how is the situation of the space base now?!"
"Commander Gu Li, we might need your help."
Zhang Wang said a cold expression on his face.
His words caused Gu Li to frown. The situation might be worse than he expected.
"With such a large base under your command, you still need our help?"
After pondering for a moment, he felt that Zhang Wang was a little unwilling to use most of his manpower to deal with the giant serpent, hence he requested their assistance.
However, Gu Li knows that if they rashly head on to attack the giant serpent, with many damaged ships, energy shortage, and no formation, they are likely going to be annihilated.
"Commander Guli, we have no choice..."
Zhang Wang shook his head and sighed.
"That giant serpent is too terrifying. It quickly opened a gap in our defenses."
"How is that possible?"
Gu Li frowned. Without saying another word, Zhang Wang sent a video of the previous battle. Gu Li was shocked upon seeing how easy it was for the great serpent to tear through the base defenses.
“Has the strength of that monster reached such a point?”
He knew exactly how powerful those planetary space fortresses are. However, the giant serpent tore through them like butter.
"Commander Gu Li, we need your help now."
On the holographic projection, Zhang Wang asked for the second time. His face was extremely gloomy.
"Okay, we are willing to assist in this war.”
Up to now, they have about 300,000 ships remaining. Even if their fleet was almost decimated, Gu Li still held an optimistic mentality. They might be able to defeat the giant serpent relaying on the weapons and defenses of the base.
Gu Li hadn’t truly despaired, he still had a trace of hope to defeat the great serpent.
"Huh..."
Gu Li heaved out a long sigh of relief. He led his fleet towards the entrance in the periphery of the base.
Through the gaps in the base, they could already see the giant serpent flying around in space, dodging and tanking countless laser beams.
Most of these energy beams were easily dodged by him, They could hardly cause any damage to him.
On the contrary, under his incessant attacks, the weapons and fortifications in the base were continuously destroyed, along with them were the spaceships of Gu Li’s fleet.
“Boom! Boom! Boom!”
Gu Li watched his soldiers getting constantly slaughtered and his ships getting destroyed with clenched fists.
From here, he could see one ship after the other fly from the base and head towards the giant serpent, then get destroyed without getting too close.
The more Gu Li looked at the battle, the more disheartened he felt. Now, he doesn’t have many ships remaining. Most of his fleet’s battleships were destroyed by the giant serpent.
He had already failed his mission.
Of course, it wasn't just Gu Li’s fleet that attacked the giant serpent. Many battleships flew from the base and joined the battle against the giant serpent.
It was due to these battleships' assistance that Gu Li’s fleet was able to successfully get out from the base and attack the serpent.
