-----------------------
Linna's breathing became a lot faster. This is the first time she faced such a dangerous situation. Fortunately, Guthro’s words calmed her down slightly.
Guthro saw that Linna's breath had stabilized, so he stepped aside and started to observe the situation outside.
There is a huge projection in front of Guthro, on which was the exact image of the great serpent. This is the final synthesized image formed by the detection equipment of each ship in that area.
It can perfectly project the images of each object in that area, and under the strong calculation and processing from their supercomputer, they managed to gather such a clear image.
Linna also walked to Guthro's side. She carefully observed that projection. After which, her brows started to furrow
On the holographic screen, the great serpent launched a violent attack on the east side of the fleet, directly blowing countless battleships.
"This giant monster started killing people again."
Linna said with a sad expression, "How many people will this monster kill before being satisfied?"
The more she said, the angrier and the more grief-stricken she got.
"Master Guthro, please be sure to get rid of this monster."
She said viciously.
"Miss Linna, please rest assured, I said it before. This monster won’t escape this time!" After saying this, Guthro started to arrange for the fleet to launch a coordinated attack on the great serpent.
The giant serpent isn’t too far from their location and they are getting closer and closer to each other, but after hearing Guthro’s command, the command ship started moving backward.
The command ship can't take risks. After all, if the command ship is gone, then no one will be able to coordinate the fleet anymore. In the worst-case scenario, the entire fleet will fall apart, then slowly get eaten by the great serpent.
"Boom!"
Another spaceship exploded. It’s just that half of the ship’s body was left this time. The giant serpent probably didn’t use its full power. In the next second, Linna and Guthro watched as the giant serpent opened its mouth and swallowed the remaining half of the spaceship.
Linna directly covered her mouth with a sad expression, and Guthro’s pupil directly shrank. He might have understood the purpose of the great serpent’s attack.
On the battlefield, Fang Yun continued to move around, attacking the seventh heaven fleet near the middle of the arrow formation.
These spaceships continued to explode under his attack. Of course, many of them were directly swallowed by Fang Yun.
Only the relatively complete spaceships can provide Fang Yun with a lot of bio-energy. The ones that were reduced to space debris aren’t worth anything, and it’s stupid to search for these fragments and swallow them piece by piece.
The debris can only wander in space until it gets pulled in by the gravitational pull of a star or a planet.
"These guys have completely adapted to my attack style. They dispersed just enough for my “Black Hole” to not play a significant role..."
Fang Yun looked at these spaceships speechlessly. Now, as long as any fleet meets him, all of its spaceships will immediately disperse, making it very hard for his attacks to deal wide-ranging damage.
If these ships are close enough to each other, he can use either “Black Hole” or “Space Collapse” to deal heavy damage to them. Of course, he’d rather not use “Space Collapse” as this skill completely reduce the battleships to dust, leaving him with nothing to eat.
"Zhuo Ping, take your men over and assist the seventh heaven fleet to take down the great serpent.”
After observing for a while, Guthro understood that the ordinary battleships from the seventh heaven, no matter how large their number, can’t cause fatal damage to the great serpent.
The latter possesses a superb recovery ability and agility. As long as the fleet can’t deal a complete fatal injury, no matter how bad it is injured, the great serpent can quickly regenerate.
Realizing this, Guthro immediately dispatched one of his squadrons.
This squadron is led by Zhuo Ping. This person has been with him for many years. He is one of his trusted generals.
The reason why he brought Zhuo Ping this time is that he hopes that the credit of hunting the great serpent falls into the hands of his subordinates.
"The giant serpent... has appeared again."
In a dormitory, Nara eagerly looked at the screen in front of him while talking to Doron.
"Doron! Can you see? A small team is heading towards the great serpent!"
Doron also noticed that a small team detached from the fifth heaven fleet and headed towards the great serpent
"It seems that they are going to support the seventh heaven side."
Doron said with a certain expression.
"You should have also noticed it. The normal battleships of the seventh heaven have no effect on it at all!"
"Without a particularly powerful battleship that has the ability to blow off a large part of its body with one hit, the giant serpent can’t be taken down!"
"I see. The leaders of the allied fleet should also know this, so is this the end of that monster?"
The two of them looked at each other, finding the look of expectations in each other’s eyes.
Is the giant serpent attack incident going to end?
If Fang Yun were to know what they were thinking about, he would definitely laugh disdainfully.
He also felt that there was a small fleet is quickly approaching him. His instincts are telling him that this fleet is stronger than any other fleet he dealt with before
Hence, even Fang Yun looked seriously at the incoming team.
He didn’t take the initiative to leave. He needs to get a rough scale about the power of the incoming team to judge the strength of the combined super fleet.
“Boom!!”
Soon, that small fleet entered the attack range, after which, it didn’t hesitate to launch a rain of attacks on Fang Yun.
“Buzz!! Buzz!!”
The space around Fang Yun was suddenly distorted, deflecting all the incoming attacks to the side.
Even under that rain of attacks, Fang Yun was still unscathed. Most of the incoming attacks were deflected to the spaceships around him.
Those spaceships didn’t have Fang Yun’s defensive power or space distortion ability, hence they suffered from their comrades’ terrifying attacks, causing them to be greatly damaged or even destroyed.
All of a sudden, many explosions appeared in space, leaving behind countless metal fragments.
Moreover, this wasn’t the end of it. The terrifying explosion sent these fragments hurtling at a sub-light speed. If some battleships couldn’t dodge or deploy their energy shields in time, they would be greatly damaged by these fragments.
This is another important reason why these spaceships must keep a certain distance from each other. If they are too close, they will be injured under friendly fire, and no one will stop their rain-like attack on the great serpent because of them.
