-----------------------
"Okay, everyone! Get in combat state!"
Mike yelled, then walked to the display screen. On the display screen in the middle of the control room, there was an image of the dark space around them.
This is an opportunity for their instrument to lock the intruders.
"Huh?"
Mike was a little surprised, no traces of any creature had been captured up to now. They don’t have any way to locate the incoming intruders’ location.
This is a bit difficult.
Mike frowned. He originally wanted to show off in front of United Radio, but such a difficult thing happened!
"Increase the detection range." Pound yelled in the microphone.
"The incoming monster might just be one! It must be close by, watching us and looking for opportunities to attack."
"Defense, keep the information tight. We mustn’t give it a chance to attack!"
Hearing Pound's orders, Mike hurriedly orders his subordinates to do as Pound said.
The fleet started moving again. It has assumed a defensive posture, waiting for the enemy to come. For now, they don't need to attack.
Because behind them, a large group of troops is rushing over. As long as the route is determined, they will be able to reach this location soon.
The three fleets were all integrated into one. There is no way. The incoming monster doesn’t look like an ordinary creature.
More importantly, judging from this style of action, a scary monster immediately popped out in their head.
Isn’t this the ability of the giant serpent? its extremely powerful stealth that no one can see through is one of their major headaches.
"Next will be a fierce battle."
Inside the command ship at the end of the large fleet, the war correspondent Linna looked worried at this moment. She said to the flying holographic camera in front of her.
"It seems that there is going to be a big battle next. Let us watch the performance of these brave soldiers."
After saying this, she immediately looked at the projections next to her, observing the reaction of the three leaders at this time. Pound was the one that reacted the best.
Furthermore, the three of them are faintly headed by Pound.
This allied fleet is mostly following Pound’s instructions.
“I wonder when they will be able to find the trace of that star beast?"
Among the large troops in the rear, the war reporter Linna couldn't help but sigh. This star beast seems to be playing hide-and-seek with Mike and the others.
So much so that they are unable to find even the traces of that creature.
The war correspondent Linna stared at the space in front of them with a very nervous expression, seemingly waiting for the star beast to appear.
"Huh?"
Inside the command ship of the seventh heaven fleet, Mike was already impatient.
"What's the matter, haven't you found the trace of that monster yet?"
However, what he didn't know was that a behemoth was hiding in the shadows, staring right at their command ship.
The command ship continued to slowly move forward, unaware that its time has come.
"Hurry! Hurry up and look for…"
Mike started yelling. He wanted to be the first to find the enemy, but before the words could fully get out from his mouth, they were stuck in his throat.
A terrifying serpent has appeared in front of their command ship. Its city-sized eyes stared right at them.
Its body size is exactly like that of a small planet.
"This is... this is, that giant serpent?"
Mike’s mouth twitched. He stood there, frozen in shock as if struck by lightning.
But after the shock receded, fear quickly filled his heart.
Even if he had been on the battlefield for a long time, he still felt a little terrified right now.
"Ahhh!!!"
The other people in the control center all screamed in horror after seeing the great serpent appearing right in front of their command ship. This turn of events took everyone off guard.
"It's the giant serpent!!"
Among the super fleet reinforcements, whether it was Guthro or the war correspondent Linna, they all saw the appearance of the giant serpent through the projection.
"We have to hurry, hurry up! We must stop that giant serpent from killing Pound and the others."
Guthro roared, then started giving orders to the rest of the fleet.
"Immediately enter the hyperspace! We must go to Pound and the other as soon as possible!"
The large troops behind rushed towards the remnant fleet frantically.
At the moment, Mike's side was also messed up, turning into a pot of porridge! After the giant serpent appeared, it immediately sucked Mike’s command fleet.
Under the strong gravitational pull, several ships span around as they entered Fang Yun’s mouth.
The sucked fleets happened to include Mike’s command ship.
"Ah!!"
From the control center of that command ship, a particularly miserable cry rang out immediately, making anyone that heard it terrified.
"Mike died just like this?"
Amongst the large reinforcement fleet, a woman looked at the scene in the projection in front of her with a stunned expression on her face.
That was the commander sent by the seventh heaven. Furthermore, she had a certain friendship with Mike. She never expected to see his death as soon as she entered the eighth heaven.
“Roar!!”
On the other side of the battlefield, Fang Yun released an earth-shattering roar, then launched a fierce attack on the surrounding battleships;
These battleships maintained a relatively close distance from each other due to the tight defensive formation.
As a result, Fang Yun was given an opportunity. The moment he appeared, he launched an “Annihilation Black Hole”, destroying hundreds or even thousands of battleships around.
"Quick! Attack!"
On the other command ship, Pound yelled frantically, commanding his subordinates to attack, at the same time, he shouted loudly.
"Immediately contact Otto of the eighth heaven, order him to bring people over to support us immediately!”
Earlier, they thought things were foolproof, hence Pound acknowledged the act of isolating the eighth heaven fleet. He was also very disgusted and disdainful of them anyway.
Unfortunately, they were caught by the surprise attack of the great serpent. They need all the support forces they can get now, hence Otto’s fleet must be recalled.
